ALDI

I was very impressed today at Aldi Innaloo a young man/cashier served a gentleman purchasing about 6 packets of paracetamol for ~$2.60 but then insisted to the cashier they should of been 70c each as he'd bought them before. The young cashier calmly offered to find the correct product explaining that yes they looked similar however the 70c ones were not rapid release. The customer agreed so the cashier swiftly found the 70c product the customer was after and then offered a refund for the higher price item. It was all sorted quickly with the customer leaving happily with his product and the cashier providing high quality exceptional service with a smile. The cashiers name is Jayden. Well done Aldi for a well trained employee. It was so good to see. 👏

I was just served by a great young man Jayden. He was very polite, friendly and courteous. There was an old lady in front of me, he could see that she was struggling, so he offered and helped her pack her groceries, well done.

Love Aldi great value for money wouldn’t shop any where else

I,m a committed aldi shopper, because I, m 90%scottish and love quality for value, can star, s not wrong.

I have no issues using a gold coin to take a trolley. You get back your gold coin when you return the trolley.
Because if this, the trolleys are in very good condition. That’s a very good strategy!
