Abysmal. Can't even call it service. Booked a double appointment - one at 4:40 and the other at 5:20. Get there at 4:30 - no interaction from the woman. Waited and waited and waited. At 5:30 I asked if she would be much longer. Turns out the couple she was working with had asked for a second appointment, the female had left and the gentleman needed to leave. She refused him a second appointment. She refused to serve us as she'd be too late to see us. Not once bothering to communicate. If you want to sit around in a souless office for an hour whilst being ignored, then by all means visit. If you want your taxes actually being done, then go elsewhere. We have appointment with another company now booked on Saturday.

1. They didn't request documents to complete my tax prior to meeting so I had to call them and ask what they required. I sent through the info.
2. They didn't start meeting at scheduled meeting time and after finishing first meeting required more meetings to complete.
3. They didn't schedule a second meeting until after I called asking where my return was at.
4. They said I didn't provide information, which I had provided originally??
5. They couldn't complete my application because of one small typo in an Excel document. Other PDF documents were provided that showed this info that they could easily access.
6. Invoiced me prior to even confirming my return was complete. Which I paid.
7. Sent me a text saying I needed to pay the invoice ASAP a week later.
8. I requested them provide me the $ value of my return and confirmation my return was completed in an email. Still haven't received an email confirmation that it has been lodged.

Very rude and unprofessional. I wont recommend to anyone else.
