Went with my husband to pick out an eternity ring and couldn’t be happier with the service. Kylie was so lovely! Greeted us with the biggest smile, was extremely helpful and clearly passionate about her job. Returned today to pick up the ring and Kylie was so happy to see us back, explained the warranty and the insurance certificate and genuinely complimented us on how beautiful my rings looked. This is my first experience with Michael Hill and Kylie was a Breathe of fresh air.

The entire experience was professional and personal and well worth the 100km trip on both occasions ( first to order then to pick up)

Also thank you to the other young girl in store today with Kylie who cleaned all of my rings.
