North Canberra Hospital - Clare Holland House

My dad's stay at Clare Holland was incredibly short but all I can say is thank you to the staff who accepted him, cared for him and looked after my family and I while we were there.
Everything from the scenic driveway into Clare Holland, to the friendly reception, to the fresh flowers in hallways, to the private rooms and respect and utmost care from staff all round was greatly appreciated.
My only regret is that we weren't able to get my dad to Clare Holland sooner.
My dad spent his last moments in the nicest place and I couldn't be more thankful ❤

My mother received excellent care till the end from Home based palliative care team at Clare Holland House. Mums wishes were to stay at home during her last days. Nurses and doctors from home based palliative care team made it possible and provided a loving and caring service to mum and support to family. They are real unsung heroes who care for and provide an essential to community.

A beautiful place located near the lake with an amazing view. The staff were very supportive and caring towards families and the patients. Can not recommend this place enough.

Services renderted may 2022. My father passed away at Clare Holland house in may 22.
The staff and facilities are excellent.
All staff went over and above to ensure my father was painfree. During a difficult time with covid restrictions still in place the staff were very understanding and helpful

My wife and I were admitted to Clare Holland house on the 23/10/2020, these nurses are a special type person who take great pride in their care, the nurses who took unbelievable care of my wife and who were her favourites are: Lora, Julianna, Eva, Tricia, Mandy, as well as a heartfelt thankyou to head nurse Alicia who allowed me to be by my wifes side the whole time and who allowed Natalies parents and our kids to come in as one. To Dr Amelia Tan and consultant Raj who we met early this year as part of the home based Palliative care, they made sure my wife was as pain free and as comfortable as she could be and for that ill be forever grateful.
