Being unable to get to the store when my old washing machine died, the only option was to shop online. The staff at at Bi-Rite Mount Gambier were helpful. From Elise in the shop to the 2 men who delivered and set up the new machine, they were all very professional in their approach.
They listened to my needs and helped without being pushy and force me into a purchase I really didn't need.

Walked in, place was very busy, all salespersons had customers to deal with, just waited about 3 minutes tops, boss came over, told him what I wanted, he went out back got the product, I paid, he was very courteous, offered to take it to my vehicle, I declined, he thanked me for shopping there, all over red rover in about 10 minutes. Nice people to deal with!

Couldn't ask for better service I ordered my dryer online and it was ready to pick up when i finished work.
All the paperwork was done online and they called to say it was available and in stock. When we got to the store we didn't have to wait long and had the dryer taken out to the car and loaded in.
