Very happy with this servo. The pricing is very competitive. I saved 12 cents per litre on my fill up today. The pies are out of this world. The only quibble I have is that you need to be patient with the self service touch screen as sometimes it doesn't respond when touched & be extra careful that the correct amount is entered b4 finalising the transaction.

New and clean. Enjoyed not stepping on spilt diesel while filling up. Payment system is all touchscreen. You pre commit an amount and then only pay for what you get. Not hard to do and keen pricing on the diesel.

The attendant at MP was ever so helpful in guiding me thru their self serve system and we got our fuel at the cheapest rate in the Mt G area! Thanks MP and Merry X mas

PENDING, PENDING, PENDING.. Get charged for the fuel and still have the "Pending" amount on my card sitting there. Accidentally picked the wrong pump, another $50 still pending days later for no purchase.. currently have 3 Pending amounts on my card and been charged for the fuel.. Card Merchant Service needs to improve the headache is not worth the little saving on the fuel!!

I have now had two bad experience with this fuel station. This time I went and prepaid $20 and ended up being charged $300! I know they refund the money that wasn’t spent but I don’t have a spare $280 lying around.
The last time I went to fill up and prepaid $50 went to put the fuel in and it wouldn’t work. Ended up having to leave with no fuel. And it took about a week for the $50 to be refunded.

Would not recommend. Paid $50 for pump 1, and it went to pump 8. So now I have 50 sitting with the bank until they release it, can take up to 7 working days. Which is money I need in the meantime! It may be a few cents cheaper but not worth this hassle, when the pumps stuff up and then you can’t access your own money when it wasn’t even my stuff up in the first place! In saying that it’s cheaper , the pump cuts off at $46 and slows to a non existent drizzle, better off to go somewhere else and actually getting the full $50 you have paid for! Will never be going back!

Lately we've been less than impressed with this business. Originally, you would pre-pay a certain amount and they would take it, put it back straight away and then deduct the amount spent. For months now, they take the prepaid amount AND the amount you spend separately and it takes a long time for the prepaid amount to be returned. For those that aren't prepared for it, it can leave your account overdrawn. We're currently sitting at 10 days waiting for the prepaid amount to come back. While the fuel is slightly cheaper here, its not worth not having access to our money.

At the moment I'm wondering if I've been SCAMMED from Matthews Petroleum? I wasn't sure how much my fuel would be (had Jerry cans to fill too) so prepaid up to $200.00 My fuel charge only came to $91.75 but Matthews have taken $200.00 plus an additional $91.75 from my account 5 days ago. So much for the sign that you only pay for what you take. I'm less than impressed with this company!
