We had Staywired come out and install ceiling fans in our house. Service was excellent, the advice was great and felt comfortable with them working in-house while my family was at home.

I've used the lads from Staywired on multiple occasions to do a varied range of electrical work on my home. From installing home entertainment, surge protection and complex wiring and internet. They have always been friendly and efficient and have been very flexible around my working hours. I highly recommend them.

Staywired helped out tonight during the electrical storm and keep me calm as all my power points went off! Showed up exactly when they said they would, were friendly and did the job at a good price.

Website experience: Website form doesn't completely allow for online booking. Team had a 45 AUD call out fee which is known when I rang them and I was ok with having the charge but had to wait for hours on the day itself as the team had a prior engagement and had to work longer on a different site. Overall, might make sense to just have free quoting instead.

Quote and Pricing: Had asked for a small discount but unfortunately didn't get to feel this on I got charged the full quote amount. The job requested was doable at least when it was quoted but team didn't check if it was physically doable on the requested location as the plan did change when the actual job was done.

Booking installation: Mixed - Had to check in with the team a lot as I was trying to gauge as to what time I should be onsite to provide access.

Team: Professional and got the job done.

Work done: I feel mixed about the change in plan but I am pleased about the installation (as I finally got the a new power point for target study area and the usb ports requested). However, after letting it sink in - I noticed that the switch labels for the LAN cables were swapped across or that the light switches cover were placed back in a funny direction. Minor overall as long as it is safe.

Overall: Got the job done which was the important bit and service was just ok.
