Steady stream of customers throughout the time we had lunch here.
Not many seats / tables, other that that, can't complain for the quality and speed of service.

Definitely try the Banh Mi and Beef Pho here!!!

Best Banh Mi!
The bread is so soft but crunchy, always very fresh salads and tasty fillings. The owner is very friendly and has the best haircut!

We placed an order for work: 8 x banh mi's (we also got talked into 10 chicken wings when we got to the store) by phone.

The banh mi were fresh and ready before the agreed time. Crunchy rolls, tasty fillings, the works. Absolutely awesome! This became our new work Banh mi regular place!

All up came to less than $86. So a banh mi for under $10..... is that even legal in WA??? Well done! We will be back! Updated menu attached.

Surely a contender for the best Banh Mi in Perth. The bun is perfectly crusty, and it is juicy without dripping juice all over the place. Only downside is they don't offer crispy pork.

Awesome banh mi and pho. I always stop there when I'm in Midland, and I've never been disappointed. Try the chicken wings. Old mate knows to stamp the bag for extra chilli too 🤣

Great place for Vietnamese foods including the famous Banh Mi which is what i always have with extra extra chilli and coriander, warm crusty roll and flavour to the max and Ming and his wife do a fantastic job and their Vietnamese meatballs, 3 per skewer are fantastic, very moorrish⁉👍👍👌🙏
28/07/23 it's been a while but went there for my fix today, Banh Mi great as usual and they have won an award in Restaurant Guru for best fast food establishment in the West Swan. Congratulations to Ming and his wife 🎉🎊👍

This is one of the best Banh MI's I've had in Perth. Every ingredient hits the spot and they are happy to customise the order. The service is great and friendly. I wish there was a crispy chicken on the menu but you can't have everything.

Very welcoming restaurant, beautiful food. Has to the best banh mi I've ever had for sure! Would highly recommend. Crunchy packed with flavour and soft in the middle.

My favourite place to get a Bahn in Perth!! The owner is so sweet, and the service and food are excellent. I recommend the roast pork Bahn mi with hot chilli, Viet iced coffee and a couple of his famous chicken wings. The chicken wings are insanely good!!

I e been here 3 or 4 times and have had the Vietnamese pork roll. It’s always so crusty and fresh. The beef Pho is great too. Can’t go past this place

Delicious banh mi! Warm crusty rolls, great ratio of coriander, pickled vegetables, pate and meat. Highly recommended for a quick bite.

Really great pork rolls. Warm crisp bread with plenty of filling, lovely pickled veg and tasty pate. Small family owned place run by a the same bloke whos been serving me for about 20 years.
