The staff at Oopenspace led by the delightful Zee are always warm and friendly and their professional skills in providing furnishing advice are invaluable. Had the most lovely customer service from Lauren. She helped us with our fabric choice by looking at photos of our room and offering her expert advice. She problem solved an issue that cropped up effectively and kept us informed every step of the way. She was a delight to deal with.
Plus Oopenspace have the most LUSH furniture. 🙂

Bought a modular setting (Peak) from Oopenspace earlier this year without even sitting on it. Big risk but had some really genuine back and fourth with Jamie who sets a seriously high bar in customer service. Had the lounge delivered to Sydney and it is perfect!
Not a review that has been prompted in anyway, just really impressed with a product and the way the team at Oopenspace have handled their sales process despite the distance. Really hope to see a store in Sydney soon and can't wait for an excuse to make another purchase.

From the moment we stepped into Oopenspace we were met with such lovely staff, in particular Georgie and Zee. My husband and I stayed long enough to fall in love with a dining room table abs chairs snd bought them. They offered white glove delivery within just a few days! We were lucky the items were in stock. Georgie was so engaging and helped me so much in planning everything I wanted for my space. on our way out we noticed an incredible plant and Georgie told us the back story about the mom who courted their plants and about how a different family makes the recycled pot. we left with both. My table and chairs were delivered on time as expected and the guys who put it all together we’re amazing. i highly recommend this fab store.

Shopping at Oopenspace was a pleasure and so easy - Lisa was extremely helpful, the pieces are amazing, delivery was quick, and the delivery guys very efficient and accommodating. The living area in my new apartment now looks great and is very comfortable. I would certainly shop here again and would recommend it unreservedly!

We received excellent customer service from the moment we walked into the store. The layout of the showroom showed us various options of how we could set the furniture at home. It was delivered when they said it would be delivered and the guys were very friendly. They came and set up or dining table for us and promptly folded up the packaging and took it all away. Fuss free!

We have had a great really great customer journey with Oopenspace. We purchased our stunning black knut dining table from there and always receive compliments on the design of the table (which mind you was delivered within 2 days of ordering it #win). I initially had a small issue with one of the table legs as it had a very small chip on it, the team at oopenspace were very cooperative, they ordered us a new one and also delivered and installed the new leg for us on the weekend which was convenient for us. After furnishing a new house I can safely say this was the most outstanding service we have received in Perth.

I had an positive experience at this store recently while looking for some new furniture. The floor staff were very helpful and friendly; they gave me some really fantastic advice. There was a wide range of furniture on display so finding what I was after was very easy. I will definitely be recommending this store to friends and family!

The show room has a great feel, with friendly, patient and helpful staff. We bought a TV unit and are really happy with the clever modern extendable design, at a reasonable price. Looking for something that is modern, good quality and a bit different, I would recommend for sure.

I wish all Perth retailers had staff like Ann and the team at Öopenspace! We were incredibly impressed with the friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff along with their "above and beyond" attitude to accommodating our initial requests for info. We subsequently needed to make some changes to our original selection of colours/styles and they were extremely accommodating. Thanks very much and we'll be back!!

I am very satisfied in my experience with Oopenspace. I was interested in a Tabawa sideboard not carried in Perth. Ann provided advice on the size and placement of the sideboard in my house, then she sourced the sideboard from interstate and arranged delivered to my house. The delivery guys were great; courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Communications were congenial, regular and punctual. I will not hesitate to shop there again in future and happily recommend Oopenspace to others.
