Easy to talk to on the phone, friendly, professional and super quick, called on a Friday and they came on a Saturday morning, other companies were confusing with different options/pricing and wouldn’t come to see which option I should book so I didn’t book anything. Also had to wait too long for other companies and I hate cockroaches so I needed someone to come out quickly. Person that attended was great and dealt well with my very annoying puppy barking the whole time. Hopefully I can stop waking up to cockroaches by the kitchen sink….

My husband and I would like to thank Richard lovely guy very professional, who checked our whole house in every possible spot possible!

After my husband phoned them because of my constant fear and craziness !!!

But NO!!!!
We ended up not having any bed bugs in sight!
I had spent days washing already clean clothes chucking out a mattress bed and lots of items ready for the tip !
we still had all the items out the back which Richard also checked .
He did how ever come across carpet beetle, so would hundred percent recommend Richard and this company! Very thorough very genuine. …Don’t underestimate carpet beetle I would recommend you booking this company! And would just like to thank Richard once again. I finally slept easy for the first time in a while last night . Will definitely use this company again 👍😄

I spoke to Emma and Paul who provided details of their services. Brian was the operator who attended our job. He was knowledgeable, courteous and diligent in his inspection.

Budget Pest Control is an affordable and reliable pest control service. I used them recently for my property and they did an amazing job. The serviceman that came to complete the job was very efficient. The booking process was so easy to complete as the incredibly organised woman that I spoke with, Emma, was extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process a breeze. If it wasn't for Emma's amazing customer service I may have booked with another company but thanks to her and what she had arranged for me I was so happy that I booked with Budget Pest Control. I highly recommend them.

Paul was very helpful with providing advice and coordinating what we needed. Ilija inspected our place and was very professional and friendly. He offered great advice for rat and cockroach issues despite being there for a termite inspection. Great experience all around.

I had Simon come out to do an external spray for Spiders that included a dusting of my roof cavity. He arrived promptly at the arranged time and even though access to my back yard is only through the house which would have made the job less convenient for him he didn’t batt an eyelid and proceeded to complete the job very efficiently. Spiders a dropping everywhere. Job well done and I will definitely use Budget Pest Control again and recommend to my neighbours .

From chatting to Emma in the office about what I needed to Cris on site doing the job, excellent service. Both very knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend.

The office salesperson was very professional, the price was quite a bit less than other quotes I sought, nobody tried to sell me anything I didn't ask for and the technician was very approachable, knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend their services and will certainly use them again when the ants inevitably return

Had an ant problem develop over Christmas, put an online request in on the morning of the 29th, got a call within a half an hour and someone out about an hour after that. Did a good thorough spray for all creepy crawlies and a termite inspection and left me with some baits too. Highly recommended!

Booking was easy with the great internal team, friendly and able to guide me in the direction for the right package.
Technician was early for appointment and was able to address all of our concerns.
