Good place for party products and garden stuff. However, I am not impressed with their frames. I bought one last week, and it broke in a few hours.

Deserves a negative rating.Bought a little table lamp, didn’t work. Got it replaced the first time but didn’t work as well. Was refused a replacement or refund the second time with all sorts of excuses by the arrogant person at the counter. I left it on the table and she chucked it in bin.Told her it’s not right how she handled the situation. Never shopping there again. Beware. Cheers.

I bought a basketball pump for over 3 dollars, personally very over priced for something that doesn't work. I returned it and the lady told me "We dont accept refunds" such a scam the store is sooo bad it doesn't accept refunds and instead they told me to get any item I want as the price I payed for. DO NOT BUY OF THE SMART DOLLAR

I strongly advise anyone NOT to shop here.
I bought a double adaptor from this store and it was faulty. I returned it with my receipt and original packaging was told that they would not refund or give me a store credit. They claimed there was nothing wrong with it but even they had to force the plug in hard, it did not slide in easily as it should of but still would not offer me anything in return.
The store manager was argumentative and I walked out empty handed, no refund, no store credit and $6.00 out of pocket.

If you come here just make sure they are charging you for what they advertised the product for.

Decided to check out this place today. Bought some picture frames that was supposed to be only 5.50$. When I was about to pay my total came to $42.96 because one of the picture frame was scanned for 31.99? I did not see that I had to pay 42.96 because the lady said the total only came to 24$ something but when I check my bank it said I got charged 42.96. I asked for a refund and the lady pointed me to the sign saying they dont offer refund if customers change their mind (which I didnt I was just overcharged). The lady was also really rude and was talking so fast to the point I couldnt even understand her when I was asking why would they not offer refund when I was charged wrong and it was their fault. Anyway, she eventually refunded it but the money will take days to come back to my account which is.... whatever. If you come here just make sure they are charging you for what they advertised the product for.

Went to get some items 5.15pm but was chased out of the store at 5:25pm "sorry we are closing so get out please"it was all written on their faces. how do you close 10 min early. Very unprofessional. Owners need to review on business operating times. Very dissapointed.

Very bad customer service, they didn't accept a exchange for $16 gibe to waste. There things are really very bad and doesn't work properly.
Avoid this fraud shop.

Bought an item that turned out to be defective. The staff argued in another language for 5 minutes before flat out denying me a replacement.
Avoid this junk shop.

Worked here for 2 months and the boss is very rude and if there is no price on something they make there own price also pay cash in hand dodgy business
