Jaycar Electronics Kenwick

Have to say I've been very impressed with Jaycar service lately. Went to belmont, Osborne Park and maddington ones recently and the help and customer service has been brilliant.

Even my car battery died outside they jumped it for me. Even have no wifi, Kumar at maddingron was able to work a way around getting the job done patiently.

Not often I post but considering this is different stores and same level.of service and think deserve overall praise.

Nice electronic kits at good reasonable prices. The store personnel surprised our kid with handful of giveaways, that blown out our mind. Thanks for nurturing positivity and encouragement. Good hearts there ♥

I went to Jaycar Kenwick with a couple of my friends as we needed help with an assessment. We were expecting to just get the parts we needed for our projects but Josh exceeded and surpassed our expectations with the help that he provided. He went above and beyond to solve our tech issues and did an exceptional job with his customer service. We will for sure be getting good marks for our assessment thanks to you Josh, ily <3 give him a pay rise

Went in to get one item, came out with lots of great advice. Great customer service. Nathan is great to talk to if you want to know more about 3D printing, so many tips to avoid errors you'd make without such knowledge. Awesome place.

Everytune I go to Jaycar for assistance with anything electrical, whether it's cables, wiring, modems, or any other thing I can't think of right now, not only am I met with friendly professional service, but the guys there really know their stuff! Today I had had enough nonsense from a bigger telecom Company. I then went to jaycar for help and they helped me and made sure everything was understood by myself before I left. I am always treat respectfully and they're great and having a giggle too. Thanks so much today Jaycar, Nathan and team (there's even a guy that looks like the Metallica bass guitarist 🎸 😀)

Have used this Jaycar store for years and never had a drama, but today Brett went above and beyond to help me sought out a problem with my Solar blanket which wasn’t of Jaycars making, exceptional customer service and knowledge a lot of stores could learn from these guys 👌👌 would give more stars if I could lol

I rocked up to this Jaycar store only 10 minutes before they were due to close.

Brandon - the legend who served me was still more than happy to assist me, despite getting ready to close the store.

He even showed me an awesome section of clearance items and patiently waited for me to finish browsing.

Great customer service! The young man (operator 7381) that served us was super helpful, answered all our questions and made great suggestions for products we needed.

I have been going to Jaycar Electronics Maddington on and for 10 years.
I have been very impressed and never disappointed with the friendliness, helpfulness and knowledge that all the staff show whenever I need something or just ask for help.
If they haven't got it they will redirect me to where I can get the product, looking on the internet and giving me the company name in Perth or the overseas web address.
Good on you guys !!!

Excellent electronics store with wide variety of products - components, (diodes, transistors, ICs, etc) kits, prebuilt assemblies (such as voltage regulators, programmable timers, . . . ) to go in projects. Batteries, solar equipment, cables, coax, USB items, alarms, weighscales, tools, WiFi extenders, antennas . . . See their extensive catalog for full range.
The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
I've always found what I needed there

I was so pleased with the service I received from jay car maddington. Bruce help me find the perfect item.

I chat to a guy that worked there about DYI'ing an electronic device. He knows his stuff, and guided me through the solder points and connections, even demonstrating the item I was buying to make sure I was happy with it. Super helpful, and when I got home I soldered and set it up in half an hour, thanks to his helpful advice, no Googling or YouTube required. You can't find staff better than that!!!

Great service the best bought some LEDs, toy battery charger, wire, plugs and sockets Jacob was fantastic sorted everything out nothing was too much trouble he even used catalogues to find the right components and knows where everything is in the shop very knowledgeable good quality and great prices highly recommended

Top service and advice. Went in today to grab some solder joiners and some wire strippers. Was served by Andrew and he very helpful. Haven't had such good service in a retail store for ages. Plenty of customer assistance. Andrew even showed me how to use a new type of wire stripper on my old wiring loom. Thanks !!

I would like to say THANK YOU to the staff at Jaycar Kenwick especially Jacob for his great SERVICE. He was friendly ,polite,listened to what I needed and fixed the problem in no time. Great to see SERVICE with a smile making a comeback.
