Over 20T of soil was removed, then 20T of new top soil delivered and leveled, new fencing, 250sqm of turf laid, planter box with bench seating + other works all done under a week and all with a smile.

Jarom and his team are all very nice people to work with, on that alone I would recommend them. My small site in Newtown looked pretty straight forward with a pathway and small courtyard but it proved a challenge moving things around for access and material storage which Jarom and team handled with grace and ease. I was very happy with their tile advice, and the final paving and the drainage installation. Jarom’s skill set was also a big plus in completing additional work needed to fences and timber stairs which came up during job. I would definitely recommend them as craftsman more than simply tradesman.

We commend Jarom’s Paving & Landscapes (JPL). They recently transformed our atrium into an easy-care outdoor area that has become a source of great enjoyment. We live in a converted warehouse/ terrace that has all the challenges expected, when doing any type of construction work in the inner Sydney.
Apart from limited and restricted access, Jarom had to remove several huge clumps of over-grown bamboo. This was not a task for the weak or the fain hearted. They also had to remove a defunct water feature and lots of pavers that had been laid unprofessionally on a simple sand base.
Right from Day 1, Jarom had a vision to lay 90-mm square cobblestones in a radial circular pattern with a couple of garden beds at the outer edges. A quote was provided within days of the first inspection. The work was also completed on-time, within a couple of weeks of starting the works.
To their great credit, when JPL started our job, JPL gave it the undivided attention from start to finish. Their ability to plan the work so that it could proceed uninterrupted was a great credit to them.
As with any project requiring some initial demolition, the project had a degree of discovery. Jarom’s team discovered several drainage lines and even electrical services that had not been installed at the regulatory depth. Whilst others would have been quick to pull out the Variation Book, Jarom took all these discoveries in his stride.
We were not confronted with any cost variations. We paid what was originally quoted and were delighted with the outcome and Jarom’s very professional approach to hard works and challenges.
We found JPL’s pricing to be extremely competitive. In combination with their project commitment and their high-quality workmanship, we have no hesitation in recommending JPL for any landscaping and paving project.
