My experience at IGA in Mascot is that from the Owner and his staff are like family to me. If I tell someone that there is a item on the shelf that is popular and suddenly there is none left, They would apologise and guarantee that the next delivery would most likely have what you have asked for. Never failed me. I don't buy real food tho like bread, vegies, I'm usually getting snacks and milk. It definately has the odd thing like padlocks, cups, etc. The price you pay here is for the convenience of not walking 20min to woolies
