Truly an awesome experience, Pete is so lovely and helpful as well as knowledgeable about produce, health and organics. We filled up our whole fridge for $140 amazing prices!!! we are coming back 100% and we are hoping we can make Pete's a fortnightly ritual.

All produce is super fresh and high quality.
Pete makes his own tinctures and spreads, all of which are amazing & delicious.
Veggie boxes are wonderfully convienent and well priced and he delivers upto 40km!

Love this shop ive had a few health issues in the past but since buying petes products,oils,teas and food my issues are long gone!!I have not been sick not even a cold in 5 years!!

I have dealt with a condition called "coeliac disease" since my teens but was only diagnosed about 5 years ago. I've experimented with many diets and ways of eating to try and fix the issue but nothing ever helped.

The first time I met Pete I told him about that, and he explained to me very simply and clearly what was actually happening to me body which gave me the symptoms I was experiencing, and he suggested I give a shot at the Bone Broth Challenge to heal my gut.

The protocol began to have an impact within 48 hours and by the end of the week my gut had deflated so much that I don't remember ever having such a flat stomach.

He the only person that has helped me.

Pete has a wealth of knowledge in regards to food, disease and health. I remember after trying his kombucha tonic, my energy levels significantly increased, my awareness went through the roof and sugar cravings gone. I felt better than I ever have before in my entire life and Ive always generally considered myself to be healthy. The kombucha exposed that I had a long way to go.. even in regards to the flu, I reached out to Pete and asked what exactly should I be doing? I followed his protocol and I instantly felt relief. It's not just his kombuchas though but his; super tonics, beyond honey, cinnamon sweets, broths, mighty minerals.. the list goes on.

Pete is amazing, he has helped our entire family be healthy and happy. The produce is very fresh and nice. I highly recommend talking to Pete if you have any health concerns, he always knows the answer.

Awesome place to buy affordable organic fresh veggies, support local shops, supporting local farmers. Help the environment whilst helping yourself. Pete the owner is a great guy with a wealth of knowledge on health through his own personal experiences.
