Went here to hire a tuxedo from Ferrari Formalwear for my son's school ball. Teresa helped us and was amazing. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and patient with us answering all our questions. Highly recommend.

We went in the cosmetic section for some makeup, and we've been very well taken care of. The sell consultant from Chanel was the best of the best. She was so attentive, patient, and not pushy. When we didn't find one of the products we were looking for, she took us at one of her colleagues who was running a promotion. Best customer service. Congratulations!

Myer has their stocktake sale on at the moment. So many bargains up to 50% till the end of July. Got me some basic stuff jeans and a t-shirt at half price.

The ladies In the shoes department at Morley were so lovely and helpful we ended up purchasing 3 bags and a pair of shoes! I had expressed my poor experience about another Myers store of how they made a mistake with an order and Lena the manager in the bag department was so kind and so was Ivana! Both very helpful! Will definitely be back.

I was so impressed with a young girl Emma at the Dior counter on Sunday her customer service was A one, this lovely girl was so helpful and went out of her way to make sure I was getting the products I wanted, I’m 64 and have used Lauder for 40 years, I went to only buy an eye brow pencil ….but we got talking and Emma started trying a few products on me , which I never normally do ….Emma explained each product she used on me, was full of knowledge of the products she sold me, it was really lovely to feel so special….she made my day thank you beautiful girl for all your sincere help I very much appreciated it bless you. We have been enjoying this Myers for a while. The shopping centre is being renovated soon, which will improve the old feel.

I wish I had gotten their names, but there two exceptional ladies at Estee Lauder who went the extra mile to wrap up a bottle of make-up remover as a gift for my wife. This was on Saturday morning, 29/07. As someone who works in retail sales, I really appreciate the excellent customer service these two have given!

I ordered my click and collect online. Went to pick up my order, which was some Converse shoes. The size was way too big....I had to exchange for the correct size, the staff was amazing! Every staff I came across was super friendly, attentive and very helpful. Keep up the fabulous work and fantastic job guys and girls!

Big store just not enough variety seem to sell some products needs more variety.

Good service and friendly staff, helped with an issue with a pair of shoes that were two different sizes from another store and had the ones needed in stock, also assisted jn checking for all available discounts/sales on other products that I had purchased.

My 5 star review isn't exactly based on Myers as a whole, it's for the wonderful lady who looked after me while shopping for my son's first shoes today. I wish I knew her name, she is incredible with children and was absolutely lovely to deal with. Probably the best customer service I have received in Perth yet.

First I’d like to say Jas from the MAC makeup stall was absolutely FANTASTIC. I’ve never met anyone so knowledgeable and helpful about what works on different skin tones, especially Indian skin. Had an amazing experience because of her and will come again specifically for her advice. Awesome service and lovely person!!

I needed new bras after significant weight loss and went into Myer on a Saturday morning.
They were incredibly helpful. Sized me correctly and gave me loads to chose from. Gail was like the bra fitting superhero. She is so good at her job and made me feel very comfortable in the choices that I had. Absolute asset to the company.
