Epic service provided by the Morley store.... In short I had an issue with a manufacturer and received a poor response.. The Store Manager Darren then decided to assist me with the issue and simply resolved it … the shoe manufacturer should be ashamed of the poor service as Jim Kidd Morley service exceptional as always.. Thanks Darren and team!!

Excellent service, Corey spent a long time helping me find the right product and knew so much about each element of the shoe and explained what was more suitable. The Manager was lovely assisting with a return of a faulty shoe I'd gotten from another store. I'd highly recommend this store.

Good customer service. Good range of products.One may face parking issues. But still not that bad. If you can wait for a few minutes you will get parking. Otherwise parking is available on street. Opposite to major bus station so public transport is also easily available.

What we went looking for in half sizes and wide fit had good range and great prices and knowledgeable and helpful staff

Few weeks ago I purchased a pair of new balance shoes and its has some manufacturing issues. The staff was very polite and exchanged by shoes with better options in Adidas. All in all highly recommended to anyone.

Great service. I went for a pair of shoes. A guy on the floor found the right size for me with no fuss. Quick service paying as the manager directed the counter staff to serve me on the second desk. I was in and out in 10 minutes with a heavily discounted pair of Asics and 3 pack of Puma socks for just under $150. No wonder I keep going back each time I need s new pair of runners

I went to your Belmont store and was served by Regan. She showed an extensive knowledge of the products related to my enquiry. She explained the merits of the product she recommended. She also maintained a friendly and open manner which made me feel that she listened to me and my needs. People like Regan should be treasured by Jim Kidd Sports.
