Abbey and her lovely team have been absolutely incredible the entire time I've known them, always bubbly and happy to assist with anything I've needed. A few years ago I was lucky enough to have Abbey coordinate my wedding flowers (pictured) which were better than I ever could have imagined. Abbey is an expert in her field and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her and her team for any of your florist's needs.

Flowers on Gilbert ran a flower crown activity at my friends hens day. It was a beautiful activity, that I would recommend to anyone to have a workshop at their birthday/hens or event with your friends! Abbey and Britt were such lovely hosts that helped and supported us through the whole process, supplied all materials and left us with gorgeous flower crowns to wear for the afternoon!

Such a gorgeous family run business. The staff members are always so helpful and friendly with big smiles on their faces. It's my go to shop not only for amazing flowers but for that last minute gift, something for everyone. Highly recommend and have often uses their professional and reliable delivery service, cannot fault.

Always hesitant when ordering flowers online or over the phone without knowing the florist, the quality of their flowers, arrangements or value for money etc., especially when calling from interstate.

Couldn't have been more happy, apart from my mother who was over the moon. I left it up to the florist and entrusted her to pick the colour and her help over the phone was invaluable in reassuring me of my choice. Her suggestion of a side of truffles, that no doubt won't last as long as the flowers, was perfect.

Apologies for not remember the woman's name that I dealt with. To find someone that I felt very comfortable chatting to, extremely friendly and down to earth, honest in her opinion it was a reassuring breath of fresh air. Compared to others that are just too busy to chat and seem only interested in upselling to a more expensive option I'd highly recommend Flowers on Gilbert.

I cannot possibly recommend Flowers on Gilbert highly enough!! I purchased 4x bouquets, 6x pocket flowers and 1x Arbour floral arrangement for my wedding. Abbey was lovely to deal with, the prices were very reasonable (the best quote that I'd recieved compared to others) and the flowers could not have been more Perfect. Days after our wedding I am still receiving so many compliments from wedding guests about how beautiful the flowers were and asking where I got them. Thank you all so much again for going above and Beyond I will be recommending and purchasing from this store again!

Lovely array of floral arrangements & wonderful young ladies making & selling the arrangements, that's why I go back all the time.

Today I ordered a delivery from interstate. Abbey and her team responded quickly. They advised me about their products and coordinated a courier to deliver the Native Flower arrangement to its destination which is a fair distance away. It's well worth supporting a local independent business, particularly when you receive superior customer service like I did. Thanks Abbey!

We sent flowers from the UK to Latrobe. The first attempt had problems but an Email to Abbey sorted it out quickly. The flowers arrived the next day and were very well received. A beautiful selection excellently presented. They cheered up the recipient as hoped. Thank you for an excellent service.
