Unrivalled value for money for a really good Banh-Mi! I'm not often working from Perth CBD, but when I am, I resign myself to spending $15-20 to get a decent continental roll or something, but no more! The Banh-Mi here is really good, and you can not go wrong for $8.50 (or only $1.50 more if you're hungry and want extra meat/tofu)

They make absolutely delicious vegetable omelette. And I think I’ve found my go to place for omelette.

Great vegan and vegetarian options, I love the pho chay and bun dau hu. The ca phe (vietnamese coffee) is also *chefs kiss*

Delicious lunch menu! The Bo Kho was super tasty, and spicier than I've ever had it at other places but good. The toasted baguette was good with it too. Would also recommend the Vietnamese iced coffee!

i came here with my mum and brother and it was the best cafe food i’ve ever had. the dish menu looked good too, but we were looking for something quick and it was! it was so delicious and flavourful and they have siracha on every table !! the coffee was delicious and the baklava was to die for. we got 3 different toasties and the cheese was so stretchy 😋 you can tell lots of love is put into the food and the person who works there is very nice :)) the walls had pretty designs too and they had so many options 😙

It was a hard choice, as whole menu looked super yummy. Ended up chosing A delicious smashed pumpkin toast with poached eggs and added extra avocado. Freshly squeezed orange juice was amazing too. Both ladies working there were warm & kind. Definitely will be back when I'm in Perth again ♡ Thank you.

Very delicious food, trust me, try pork chop rice and a glass of Vietnam drip for $19.5 available for breakfast and lunch.

I tried out some of better known top cafes in Perth but EAST wins. The coffee is brilliant.

Excellent breakfast too, brought to my table by the chef who was was super friendly and hospitable.

I'll be back for more!

Make sure to come before 11:30 am to enjoy breakfast. The eggs benedict is great! Lots of seating inside.

I've ordered through Ubereats so was a bit high price at the end coz of the delivery, but OMG it was heaven. I got the BBQ pork soup and it was amazing. I didn't realised it 5min from my home so definitely will be popping by on Saturdays!

Maybe just a simple bistro but it is one of the places where you feel welcomed. Variety of snacks and good coffee, exactly what you need for late breakfast.

Popped into this lovely cafe today. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was fantastic and coffee was great! Definitely going to be my new weekday spot.

Had lunch twice while I was visiting Perth from Japan. Very friendly staff, and the food variant is wide. They have sandwiches and lunch boxes and everything not to mention some awesome coffee too. I had Pho noodle soup and was pretty decent. Wish I had some places like this near my home town.

Absolutely love this place amazing breakfast options today I got a bacon and egg muffin and it did not disappoint was loaded with bacon which I love if your in the city and looking for a nice breakfast east is the place to go !
