I always have a fabulous time there. Its so well appointed and cosy. The perfect beach escape anytime of the year. Just Magnificent.

Clean and comfortable with everything you need to feel at home. Great view of the ocean, will definitely be back for another stay.

We went there recently with small kids. This place was an ice box. Heating didn't work. Had a few tiny oil heaters to heat up the big house. Hot water wasn't working. Owner claimed it takes overnight to get hot water! Seriously? So if you need a hot shower, you need to wait for next morning. Microwave oven was broken. We had to contact owner multiple times. So if you are there for short time, this can be a massive headache. This was a absolute rip off, given the facilities it claimed, and what was actually functional.

The place was like an ice box when we arrived, the least they could do would be to put one heater on, but sadly none of the heaters worked properly so it took pretty much til check out to heat the place. The seperate bungalow kept tripping the circuit when we tried to turn the heaters on. We had to unplug the fridge and microwave to conserve power but we still tripped the power trying to boil water. The back house also smelt like old fish :(. The gas for hot water in the back bathroom was out, so there were a couple of cold showers. Bed arrangement was strange... specified 4 couples and only had 3 double beds. The water was slimy and smelled like rotten eggs. After my partner took a shower and smelled worse, I decided to pass and take one at the next place. Dishes all had a gross film because of this. Seriously for the price we paid, this was absolute rip off.

Oh - also, most of the walls have water leaking in, so extra extra fun on a rainy day.
