Not just a museum, also a gallery and library. The librarian was so cheerful and helpful and made our visit a happy one.

Great place to visit. Library, museum and gallery.
Local artists exhibition on at the moment. Interesting work by local artist Kristy Riddell. Most items for sale.

Don’t miss visiting this great bit of Aussie History, so much to learn and so many amazing stories, the ladies & men who run the Visitors centre are very informed and can help with any questions you might have about the history or region.

The information centre is excellent and the museum inside is a must see. Extremely informative and just a wonderfull reminder of times past. The town itself is highly recommended and the local fish and chips first class.

This was an excellent place to visit to see the history of the area.
It's on the coastline so lots to see.
There's a nice gift shop inside to buy gifts and souvenirs for friends and family.
It's well worth the trip.

Wonderful tourist Info centre. Had a great local Museum - small fee. Well worth it. Plenty of interesting facts. Great staff.

Loved the historical monuments of the Marine and the detailed history of Port MacDonnell.
It was a great adventure for my daughter as she loved ticking off everything she's seen.
