Never expect to find such amazing fish & chips here. The batter was crispy and light, fish tasted fresh and chips were cooked to perfection. It even stays crispy after 30 minutes in the cold windy beach. I think this could easily beat any fish & chip in Melbourne! Highly recommended.

Service is on time even when they're busy, you are not waiting toooo long.
The shop also sells local artwork, gifts and there own can coolers, which look pretty cool. Affordable too.
Eating area inside and outside is kept clean and tidy.

Absolutely THE BEST fish and chips in Port MacDonnell!
There was a line up to order which moved quickly and orders were coming out fast and fresh and hot!
I was on my own so I ordered Flake and chips with a tub of tartar sauce. I was expecting at least a 20 minute wait but was pleasantly surprised when my number was called less than 10 minutes later.
Although there is plenty of gifts and souvenirs to have a look at while you wait.

My fish and chips were handed to me in a BOX! Which i thought was wonderful because that makes eating them on the beach so much easier!

The flake was cooked perfectly!. It was fresh, hot and really tasty white fish. The batter was amazing. Crispy batter and moist fish. Superb!
The chips were amazing! Golden and crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle.

The prices are extremely reasonable. I paid $12 for a single serve of Flake and Chips.
$4 for a giant home made Mars Bar slice which was beautiful. It was gooey and sticky and tasty - everything that a Mars Bar Slice should be!

It was the Easter Saturday that I visited and the staff were all happy and helpful though their most busiest time of the year! Well done to all of you!

Parade Fish Shop is clean and tidy with seating available both inside and outside. Or you could go directly across the road and eat your meals on the picnic tables available or you could take your meals down to the beach, like I did and eat on the ocean!

There is also a selection of ice creams, cold drinks including thickshakes and milkshakes and hot drinks available, as well as home made baked treats like Lemon Slice, Mars Bar Slice and many others! It was sad to only be able to choose one for myself!

I will DEFINITELY be back! I highly recommend Parade Fish Shop when you are visiting Port MacDonnell!

Perfectly cooked and salted chips and such a generous serving size. Staff member was very friendly and helpful especially with allergies and dietaries. If I wasn’t passing through while travelling, I’d be absolutely loyal to this place!

Not expecting to find such a hidden gem fish store here! We ordered a "Seafood Pack" that was absolutely brilliant. The chips are very crispy without being oily and the cream fish included is just stunning. This shop hands down beats most of the fish n' chips shops I've been to here in Melbourne! Definitely worth stopping over and give it a try if you're around.

Delicious freshly cooked fish and chips. Very generous servings and excellent service. The owners are lovely people too.

We were visiting Port Macdonnell and decided to try some local fish and chips, we must say that we weren't disappointed. The butterfish was delicious and a decent size, with a very nice thin crispy batter. My husband went for a fish cake and spring roll which he really enjoyed he said they were cooked really well. The serving of chips we shared was a generous serve and also tasted very nice. Lovely friendly staff and a nice clean shop, if we're back this way again we will definitely call in again.

I would have given you 5 stars for food if you had not thrown half a shaker of chicken salt over my food, I only asked for a little extra, besides that the flake & scallops were perfection, chips & dippy dog ok.

GLUTEN FREE: the gorgeous heart at the counter couldn’t have been friendlier when talking me through needing someone GF. They have a separate chip fryer. They place a silicone mat on the griller for grilled fish. (Not available today but sometimes they have GF bread or rolls so they can do burgers or egg and bacon sandwich).

Excellent fish and chips, batter so crispy and light! Salted perfectly! Friendly helpful service. Ordered right on 12pm and expected to wait a while but was ready in just over 5 mins! We'll be coming back!

Excellent fish and chips. Plenty of tables. Good drink selection. They didn’t have lemon juice when we went there but the local grocery store a block away had some.

Goodness these people know how to honour fish. Cooked until just done juicy and lightly battered. (Blue Grenadine and flake) Wow!! Not greasy at all!

Expected a 15-20 minute wait for the order (peak holiday dinner time) and was eating 5 minutes later.

Best I've had in the state.

Freshest fish and nicest potato scollops we have had in a long time. We also ordered 3 seafood scollops and they were the best that I have ever had! The batter is light and not greasy. We sat across the road in the park and devoured lunch whilst looking at the beach. I am drooling just remembering our fish and scollops! :) Definite 5 star feed!

They have the best butter fish I have ever tasted. Ladies are so lovely, service is excellent. Also love my little apple souvenir.

Amazing. Ordered the seafood pack and everything was so fresh and cooked to perfection. There was a bit of a line but moved so quickly we barly waited. Certainly recommend

The staff are lovely & Friendly and are very proud of the top quality product they serve. Do yourself a favour & stop here you won't regret it.
