I see Dee for massages here. She is amazing, one of the best therapists Ive come across, She takes her time with you and has a wide range of knowledge on anatomy and the knows the best way of treating a knotty muscle. I leave feeling straighter and more relaxed

I have lost count of how many times I have been here. The sauna & float package is incredible, and the serenity sets the mood. It helps with my stress and anxiety. It helps when I'm exhausted from the gym. I highly recommend coming here.
