Venkat is more focused on his commissions from banks than to provide you with the best mortgage option.
There were other banks providing much cheaper rates and Venkat did not approach them. The stress of the cooling-off period made me take the option presented to secure unconditional approval.....does not explain the loan properly...you have to repeatedly ask for information from him...got no communication after the loan contract is signed .. .. his focus shifts to the next customer once the loan contract is signed....

my colleague who processed the loan a week after me with the different mortgage broker got great options from his mortgage broker and paid significantly less upfront fees and paying less emi..i felt cheated after the mortgage process...i would prefer to pay fees to a mortgage broker to give proper financial advice, explain the options and help me make an informed decision...won't go to him again...
