Massive shoutout to the team at Delecca’s for getting me out of a tight spot when my bobcat blew a drive belt yesterday mid lift of a load of soil. Complete loss of all hydraulics and drive, so I wasn’t even able to put it up on the trailer.

Narelle in the office organised for their young mechanic to come out and replace it for me first thing this morning.

Had an issue with my digger cement mixer bowl (it fell off) and took it back to see if the team at Delecca’s could help. They were fantastic, took it back and long story short, went into bat for me and got a replacement. They didn’t have to do this but they did, all at no cost and great willingness to help. Im so impressed with their after market service and the goodwill shown me. Good people.

All the staff at Bobcat Of Bendigo were very helpfull; I always have my machine serviced with them and will upgrade with them in the future. Well done team keep up the great work!

Do not depend on this mob to get parts out quickly. Who sends urgent parts out as parcel post ? ? Orderd and payed on tuesday,won't be received till following Monday at least.called regarding problem. No call back.This has cost thousands in lost job. Hopeless. Talking to lawyer today. Do not risk it.
