Thanks Maddy for your help. I am loving the convenience of my unreserved car park so close to the city. It is quite affordable too. Bonus is if I am working late, I can always stay at the Sofitel. Being nearly on top of Central station is so convenient so if it is raining I can go from the hotel/car to the train or vice versa and not get wet - like travelling to the Gold Coast. The parking spaces are a bit tight, so I'd recommend smaller cars. The parking may not be entirely weatherproof, but it is undercover from the sun. Anyway, it is perfect for us.

Located in 300 Ann Street, Brisbane QLD 4000, the heart of the city, this car park is a walking distance to all major city services. It is open from 6:30am to 6pm, Monday – Friday excluding Public Holidays.

$10 Earlybird parking in the most expensive city to park in Australia. What's not to like?

Service and customer service is great.

The height restriction is action 2.2m not 1.9m as stated by Rachid.

The car park is nice although expensive, as car parking is in Brisbane city.

They have a parking system so you'll always have a parking spot and the service is great. However the costs can be expensive.

It is very expensive to park in here, but a prime spot in the city, I got a free parking at this car park,by donating blood at the nearby blood donor. Do note that you HAVE to park at this place in order to get free parking after donation. You have to exchange your entry ticket for an exit ticket at the reception of the donor centre.
The car park itself is narrow, not great for large vehicles.

No directions and small areas for turning

SHAME ON YOU CORNERSTONE PARKING!!! I had to leave work (12.30pm) early today to pick up a sick child from school. (had paid for early bird parking) Only to be told on exiting as I had to ask to be let out, that in future if I had to leave early again, I couldn't do so before 2.30 pm. What is your problem!!!!

Booked parking at 313 Adelaide street.
Was instructed to park in a tiny car park with my 4x4. I spoke with the parking attendant and told him that I can’t fit in space instructed. He belittled me by saying “Anyone can park there, bigger than yours.
I reversed into the park. I had 10-15cm do squeeze out and my daughter had to jump out of new window as could not fit out door that was next to a concrete pillar. I emailed for a refund and was told that it may have been a tight fit but was last park available. I paid $30. Ridiculous

Avoid this place, they charge you $100 to get your car out of the car park if it's even 1 minute past the opening hours. Terrible ethics and unreasonable.

At 310 Ann St Brisbane, the sign at the car ark says $20 for early bird parking, but got charged $69 for full day plus credit card fee $70.38 all up. When called hoping for refund, I was told $20 early bird fees only applies to online booked parking - yet no mention of this on the sign advertising at the entrance to car park - misleading!

Booked online to ensure I had a spot to be in time for a meeting. Got there, and no spaces to be had because they had oversold it. No staff on hand to find a solution. Called them, and was told 'sorry, that happens sometimes when we are really busy'. Having my money refunded (apparently takes three days), but was late for meeting. Getting out took forever because there is not enough room for two cars to pass simultaneously, so I had to back up against parked cars while another driver did a five-point turn to get around. Even using the low benchmark that is parking in Brisbane, this was pathetic. Will not be back. Ever.

Lied and tricked me into triple paying for parking, then refused to accept a complaint or provide a refund. Save yourself the trouble of calling your bank for a chargeback and go to Wickham Terrace. Not only is it cheaper, but there's actually room to manoeuvre and actual customer service when it's needed.
