Service is always great from the staff behind the counter. They are friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help if they can. This pharmacy has everything you need from any pharmacy.

Made appointment over a week ago for a flu vaccination. Despite getting home about 2am after all day in ED we made the effort to keep our appointment. Arrived to be told they had run out. POOR.
However, she rang around and managed to get us our dose. Very apologetic and explained why it happened and went out of the way to fix it.

Service can be slow at times however the pharmacist Peter has goid communication with customers.

Generally I’ve got no complaints abt the staff, there might just be a couple needing some attitude adjustment. Also I’ve become cautious with the pricing of their products as I’m sure I’ve been told porkies abt the price of a product that was charged double the price of other Alliance Pharmacies in Bundaberg.

Store manager and the pharmacist are unprofessional and try to play God with ppls medicine so disgusting for health professionals also like to pick and choose who they help on what days limiting ppls schedule 8 medication by halving the script supply amount

Not really good service, I guess it's the only chemist in town..

The ladies that work there are the most foul mouth people out and who also think its fine to stand in a drive way area where cars drive to just talk
