With the help of the smart bed system, we worked out what the best mattress was. The store manager showed me some options, and I was able to make a purchase on the day. The manager not only gave me a discount but he stayed back after closing time, which I really appreciated. Snooze has mattresses to suit all budgets

This is only our third review but our recent experience at Snooze Nunawading was nothing short of exceptional. Choosing a new bed is one of the most frustrating and difficult jobs a person has to do. We had been to 2 stores before meeting Luana who was like a breath of fresh air. Seamlessly, without being pushy, she moved us from one bed to another. I purchased the Iris Nights queen bed and bedside tables. I'm delighted with the workmanship, quality and design of these products, which are made in Victoria, Australia. Their beautiful modern style should be evident in the photo. I also got a Sealy Exquisite mattress which has been wonderfully comfortable.

Debbie's service was superb. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, detail-oriented and responsive. I had a special request where I wanted the stain matched to that of an existing item (from the same range, but purchased a few years before). This request was generously accepted and perfectly executed, with updates from the factory. Also, Phil efficiently organized the delivery.

Snooze Nunawading has a brilliant team along with a very impressive product range and I highly recommend them.

Simon was great to deal with, thanks for the expert advice on mattresses and being so patient with us. Highly recommend them.

We had a great experience finding a mattress at this Snooze, Atharva helped us through the decision process and he was great. He gave us helpful info and answered our questions but didn’t hover over us or impose. This meant we could take our time deciding which was really helpful. The delivery all went smoothly and we are happy with our mattress.

Luana of Nunawading Snooze helped us pick the most appropriate mattresses through the profiler. With her professional advice and patient guidance, we were able to find the mattresses that would match our needs. We are looking forward to the delivery of the mattresses of our dream.

Luana at the Nunawading store has helped me on two occasions over the past 6 months and I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience it has been to deal with her both times.

All though I did not buy a Mattress for personal reasons, but the wonderful customer service me and my partner received was amazing. Great work Simon for taking the time to go through the sleep profiler and explaining everything.
As simple as it may sound, buying a mattress is a complicated (due to sheer number of options) process these days, but the team at Snooze Nunawading made it easy for us.

One handsome sale man called Simon and he is very patient and friendly to help us choose right pillows. He also had a lot of knowledge about mattress. We did test and found the right mattress for us. We will sure go back to him when we ready to purchase mattress. THANKS FOR Simon to give us unbelievable customer service. For sure, he can qualified to training another sales in future and show them what is really meaning of genuine, friendly, helpful, professional customer service.
We came back after one year and met one very top and professional salesman called Raymond, he is very patient and full of good knowledge . We bought all bed mattress, bed frame and nearly change all mattress of all our home.

We recently purchased a bed frame and mattress from here and I would highly recommend visiting this store to anyone who is on a similar journey. Exceptional customer service and they do really listen to your needs. We were originally going to pick up the mattress which didn't go according to plans and Ron went extra mile to help us sort out the situation. Made us feel really valued as customers. We had a reasonable idea off what we wanted but Phil was amazing. Great help, clear explanations and a lovely sense of humour. Who wants to go mattress shopping but here it was easy.

Impeccable service! I went into the store on Saturday and was greeted by a very friendly staff member, Simon. I told him what I was looking for and he gave great advice and was very helpful overall. A few days later I decided to upgrade one of the 2 mattresses I bought (considering again the advice by Simon) and rang up their store. The lovely Debbie answered and continued the great service experience and got me sorted out with no hassles. I just wanted to thank you both and commend you on your professionalism. Almost makes me wish I had more beds to buy :D

I purchased a mattress from Snooze in Ferntree Gully but unfortunately they didn't have stock of the one I had chosen so we went over to Snooze Nunawading to pick it up.
The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The mattress was already on a trolley and waiting for us to pick it up at the front door before we had arrived.
Couldn't be happier with the service we received from both Snooze stores.

In the market for new master bedroom furniture when we visited Captain Snooze in Nunawading. The staff are friendly, courteous, helpful but not pushy in any way. We were served by a lovely lady "Jackie" who listened to our requirements, provided great recommendations and was able to answer our questions. She showed us a great range of products, both imported and "Australian" made, and gave us the time to explore the available options, without putting on the heavy sales tactics. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her and the business. A big thumbs up from us.
