Cremorne Town Centre Pharmacy

I have been going to this Pharmacy for two decades. The service is excellent, the people helpful and they always have in stock what you want. Now they are in big and better premises their range of merchandise has been expanded. They are the best Pharmacy on the North Shore.

I talk like this pharmacy. It but only had an you need in terms of creams and medicine etc but really good gifts and accessories for kids and adults. The staff are very helpful and friendly and it has a slick feel.

I have always found the team at CTC to be amazingly helpful, friendly and polite. I have also never seen any indication that others are treated any differently.

Fantastic, friendly and helpful service. It is a shame to see such a business get a negative review. I guess you can't please everyone 🙄 but I thoroughly recommend :)

I have come here twice. Both time never been served for my product. Just to be told you need a script. All a bunch of Karen’s Tbh, and unless you come in with papers and scripts of even the most basic stuff they won’t serve. So just a terrible pharmacy in general don’t know how it’s still running but oh well.

Knowingly violating the Nuremberg code. Advertising the covid jab as a vaccine. Firstly, do no harm and informed consent, these have obviously been thrown out the window for profit

I've been there 3 times now (as it's conveniently placed next door to my GP) and it's very clear to me that non-white people get treated very differently at this pharmacy. Every time I've been there, I've been spoken down to, sighed at, or told to come back later in the rudest possible way. This was the last time I ever went there.I noticed how the tone of the pharmacist on duty changed when I walked to the counter. She was on full form, i.e. being condescending and rude. Needless to say that I will not be going there again and will spread the word to the people I know.

Had an interaction with a staff member who was rude to me. Do yourself an favour and go to one of the many other pharmacies around the area.

Unfortunately really unfriendly and often unhelpful when asking for assistance.
