Paul went above and beyond to get our PC up and running again with an awesome motherboard and storage upgrade.
It was sad to see the shop front closed after all these years but as usual Paul still came to the rescue.

Paul did a professional job of setting up our new PC, loading our saved data and loading Windows and other applications. Paul was extremely helpful and provided informative advice. His shopfront business will be sorely missed in the locality, but we feel reassured that he will still be available for online or in person service for technical assistance.

During the flight to Australia my laptop screen has cracked. Another World Computer Centre has fixed it very quickly and cheaper than expected! I really recommend this place to others. Great customer service.

I bought in a surface pro that I was not able to use and Paul did a great job getting it to work. I was impressed with his customer service, explanation of what he did to fix the laptop and the speed of his work. Highly recommend, will be coming back if I have any other computer needs.

Such lovely service! I went in with a computer issue and had such a nice experience. I live locally and didn’t know this was here but the store was super clean, had great range of accessories and some good refurbished Mac laptops. I have been meaning to replace my own soon, so I’ll be back!

Went in to finally fix my ancient laptop with some weird windows issue. Wasn't too sure Paul could fix it and was bit worried as he kept the laptop for few days insistently trying to fix and/or find a solution for me. Incredibly he has not only fixed my computer but also cleaned everything up, backed all my data and reinstalled it, plus help me with my kid's laptop issue and charged me the most reasonable rate for all his time and assistance! I wish i could thank Paul with more money but instead hope this review will attract him ten plus more new customers who then become loyal customers like me forever - because i am definitely going to Paul for all my tech issues and telling all Northsiders about his business in convenient Coburg! You are the best Paul!

I came in to upgrade a laptop and Paul was fantastic. Lightning fast service, great value for money, and gave some really helpful advice.

Very distressed when my computer would not turn on, I rang Another World Computer center and spoke to Paul, he said bring the tower to the store. I told him the situation and he asked that I leave it with him. He rang back not long after and gave me 2 options. I needed a new computer or he could rewire to an alternate Power switch within the tower, which for me was the most affordable at the time and it will give me time to save and shop for a new computer, which i will ultimately need. Paul was friendly, answered all my emails promptly, and offered a good honest price for a high quality build. Paul at Other World Computers is very helpful, honest, charges reasonable rates and talks to you in pliant English which as a not so tech savvy person I really appreciate.

He will chat to you about what you can realistically expect from an upgrade and talk you through the options.

I love that such an effective service is local to me and reasonably priced and that he won't try to upsell you anything. Excellent stuff! I will bring my computer back to him any time it needs servicing.

I was a victim of a Microsoft pop-up scam recently. I contacted Paul from Another World Computer Centre who responded promptly to erase all viruses and malware from my PC as well as given me excellent advice on how to better protect my PC from future cyberattacks. He was very professional and reasonably priced for his services.
I would highly recommend him for all things PC and anything related.

Decided on Another World to upgrade my elderly laptop after reading their excellent reviews online. I can only agree with all the positive comments made by other reviewers. Paul was very patient explaining to me what the upgrade entailed. The work was done in record time and at a reasonable price.
