Coles Coburg

I had an order for two trolleys worth of items. And was struggling with the prospect of scanning it all through myself accurately and quickly. But two young staff members by the name of Ava and Yusuf jump to attention and quickly and efficiently packs everything into bags and even notified me that one of the items had broken and went and grabbed a replacement for me. Five star service shopping at Coles Coburg thanks guys!

Impressive set up, much bigger than any other Coles stores in my area, at least there was a manned checkout, so gets a tick from me this visit

Good selection. Excellent aisle size. Some staff great, others a bit short

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. But car park is small, so simply park in the large car park opposite.

The best part is it's near to train station and tram station in a good location...they got a lot of products and am a regular consumer to buy ice cream and rice...

Excellent customer service staff are very friendly and polite and really helpful with people me and my wife recommend a lot of people to go there coburg coles is better to go to, to do shopping not the one in Barkly square cause they are very rude to their customers

The store had a relaunch in mid 2022. It looks nice. Staff Team Members are very helpful, friendly & polite. A great store to come in to shop daily or weekly. The stock & groceries are always available to purchase. Fresh Produce always very fresh each day to buy. The store provides both Click & Collect and Online Shopping Delivery. All team members are wonderful & hard at work. Providing great customer service.

Plenty of parking available. Sourdough bread and fresh vegetables 😋

JOSH is amazing, courteous, helpful & when i couldn't find the items i wanted. He happily looked them up & advised
.when next delivery would be.

He then rang & sent a voicemail message when they did arrive. Very refreshing to see staff who are happy & take ownership. Great follow through on what you said you would do. Very rare to find.

I will gladly shop at this Voles from now on. Other staff there are also happy & courteous.

Great time at the store, ....pity the council stung me for $92, parking fine!! I shopped at Coles and then spent money at many other shops, only to return to the car and find a fine!! Great!!

Coles at Coburg Village is a good place to shop, the fruit and veggies are all of good quality,there's a backery on sites and the bread is delicious,there's also a delicious section. The meat and poultry are always good. Basically, everything you need is under one roof.

Very convenient and friendly staff. I regularly shop here for more than ten years. Never had any issues. Highly recommended place to try if you live in this area. Recently the setup of the shop is changed and modernized. You must pay a visit if you are from surrounding area. Long time employees are still here.

Well stocked Coles, lots of specials, haven't seen any shelves empty any time recently.

It is a good store, but one needs to get used to where to find things. Sometimes, product placement isn't that obvious.
