Staff is unfortunately not educated on all the products being sold. When trying to come to a solution due to this issue, they were unwilling to come to a compromise (only wanted to sell me yet another product with a minimal discount!)…
They lost a loyal customer because of this.

Many other cute stores in Innsbruck with cheaper options and good quality!
