Hard Rock Cafe

Our server was so good! I can’t remember her name but she had blue hair and was from Romania. She was amazing, we visit HRC around the world and hands down she was the best HRC server we have had in all these years of visiting them! My son got the strawberry basil lemonade, I didn’t think his teen taste buds would like the combination, but he loved it! HRC-Innsbruck had the best BBQ sauce of any HRC. Hubby got salmon bowl and son got burger and they were both super happy. My husband and I, who usually get the brownie got two of the cofee and cake specials (carrot cake and I got hot chocolate cake) which was so good and such a value for the price. We tried the HRC-Innsbruck gin and it’s good so we bought a bottle to take home! I hope we are able to make it back to this one again soon.

Went on a very busy evening and even still the waitress was friendly and very helpful all the food was amazing and just as good as any other Hard Rock Cafe would definitely be going back again

As a Hard Rock FAN you have to visit each Hard Rock around the world. But Innsbruck is special… situated in the old town of Innsbruck in an historical building. Mixture of old meets Rock N Roll… nice atmosphere inside the Restaurant mixed with the typical Hard Rock Food or the monthly Local food of the month. Try the local menu… Highly recommended and great service

Made yesterday a reservation for today at 19u, changed it today to 18u15, but the systems also changed the day to tomorrow, so no reservation, the staff was so friendly to give us a table. But the reservation system makes mistakes.

Review for the Hard Rock Shop: it totally rocks! Lots of merchandise, many options to choose from, cool products!! I would have bought many more if my pocket would have allowed it 😅 the staff here is also super nice and welcoming. Big like!

Great place for dinner in Innsbruck. Note that the portion size is huge. We ordered cauliflower and a beans plate. Cauliflower came with guacamole and Hummus - was ok. Beans plate came with tons of Nachos but tasted great. Recommend it.

Last - ordered a hot fudge brownie - tasted amazing, but huge portion size drowns you in the sea of guilt even before tasting it.

Such a nice place with great service! And, I need to say that they make good burgers there 🍔

I had only drink, but everything was perfect👌

We loved the food. Especially the chocolate fudge dessert. It was too big for one person. Luckily the waiter brought two spoons, so my boyfriend and I could share. Furthermore, the atmosphere was good, and prices were acceptable.

The only thing we missed was more 'hard rock' music. Halfway through our meal the music switched to only pop music.

The place is so beautiful and the food is great!!

We had to wait 10min for a nice table, which was not that much considering that we spent this time in their store, on first floor.
The waiter was really kind, as we don’t speak German he tried hard to understand our English.

One of the most beautiful Hard Rock places I’ve ever visited. I did int have chance to try meals and bar but the shop was amazing, quite big and fun 🤘

Food was good especially the buffalo wings were great. The staff was friendly and the style of the restaurant was cool. Also very good was that the music had a good level of volume and was not that loud (we were there at around 2PM)

Best Hard Rock Cafe (valid since opening).. high quality food from local area ( you taste the difference), perfect cook (the salmon was served at the point perfectly grilled) very very very friendly people, very comfy atmosphere, relaxed like being in the living room of friends ...

Andrea (blue hair) the best waitress I've ever met.. I was here 1 time but definitely not last … perfect place and all girls was so nice

Second visit here and was awesome again. Franziska was our server and she was quick , kind and responsive. Food was fast and delicious. Recommend the Southwestern rolls!! Fantastic experience. Konstantina in the shop was so helpful and had a great customer service attitude and remembered us from our previous visit

It is placed in the center of the most famous street of Innsbruck.
Prices are a little high compared to Innsbruck average but meet quality in burger is good

Lovely food, good portions a little pricey but it's a Hard Rock cafe. Great service

We came to the Cafe to have a drink. We could sit at the high tables or the bar. We sat at the table. We had a beer and an cocktail. I really wanted an Masonjar. But you could only buy one if you drank certain cocktails with alcohol. We talked about it and the waitress gave me a couple choices to get one. I did get an cocktail with less alcohol than normal. I really appreciated that! Had an nice time with good music. At the end we went to the giftstore to buy some souvenirs and to get my Hardrock Innsbruck masonjar!🤩

Good food, fast and pleasant service. Only down side is that they stopped playing rock music halfway thru our meal, but that's up to anyone's own taste in music 😉.

Hard Rock always works when you don't want to eat local. A bit pricey, but food is fine. Memorabilua everywhere and nice atmosphere.
The building is beautiful
