Must see if you visit Innsbruck! Don‘t just look at it from below, it is absolutely worth the visit. The architecture is astonishing , the view from the restaurant at the top is amazing. Impressive to watch the jumping spot from above.

No matter if you are ski jumping sport fan or not, make sure you visit Bergisel Ski jump for the beautiful views, great coffee and cake and several exiting moments on the “fear bar”. Also, ignore the cemetry at the end of the the landing area 🫢

Awesome to see the enormity of the jump and we were lucky enough to catch some of the Continental Cup so could see the athletes in action!

The Bergisel Ski Jump is an incredible feat of engineering and a true masterpiece of modern architecture. Located in the heart of Innsbruck, Austria, this iconic landmark is not just a ski jump, but also a tourist attraction that offers a unique and unforgettable experience.

From the moment you arrive at the Bergisel Ski Jump, you'll be struck by the stunning design and breathtaking views. The structure itself is a work of art, with its sleek lines and towering height. The panoramic views from the top are simply breathtaking, and you'll get a bird's eye view of Innsbruck and the surrounding mountains.

But the real thrill comes when you take the elevator to the top and step out onto the platform. As you look down, your heart will race as you take in the steep slope and the dizzying drop below. You'll feel the rush of adrenaline as you imagine what it must be like to launch off the jump and soar through the air.

A very nice and friendly ski jumper let us took a picture with the kids. His jumps were so smooth and elegant.

Even if you're not a skier or snowboarder, the Bergisel Ski Jump is still well worth a visit. There's a restaurant and observation deck at the top, where you can relax with a drink or a meal and enjoy the stunning views. And for those who are more adventurous, there's even a bobsled track nearby where you can experience the thrill of the sport firsthand.

Overall, the Bergisel Ski Jump is an amazing attraction that's not to be missed. Whether you're a ski enthusiast or just looking for a unique experience in Innsbruck, this iconic landmark is sure to impress. Highly recommended!

Came on a cloudy day instead of heading into the mountains and was really impressed. The views were still stunning here. There are several levels/place to view from so you can spend a lot of time checking things out. The cafe is really nice even if you just stop for a coffee. Was there on a Saturday morning and there were actually people jumping which was very cool!

The Sky Breakfast above the ski jump was excellent, with huge portions and the continental selection had great variety. The views are stunning - I'd recommend a glass of fizz while taking it all in. Perfect!

Really, really cool. I’m not really a follower of winter sports but this place is worth a trip up to. There was a tour group there that got to go on the ski jump itself when someone was jumping down it. Pretty cool experience. Unsure how much a tour costs but it seemed worthwhile.

There is a cafe/restaurant at the top of the Zaha Hadid designed tower that is pretty cool, I don’t know expensive it was though.

Beautiful view of Innsbruck and the surrounding area, amazing experience. There is a restaurant with a view on the Mountains , Innsbruck...At the entrance to the sports area there is a multimedia room where you can watch the stories of ski jumping - amazing. The "barrier-free" area can also be visited by a wheelchair user. With little luck, you can witness the training of jumpers!

Amazing 😍
You could say what the hell it's only a ski jump, what's so special. But actually it is impressive to see by the size of it ie the length of the slope and the seating area. You feel very small next to it. It's also a great view point and you can see professionals jumping which is woowww.
Access to the top is either walking or with elevator.
For a family with 2 kids the price is reasonable: 19 euros

Very interesting ski jumo, with city of Innsbruck under it.

On the top you have a nice restaurant and if you are lucky you can see ski jumpers also in the summer.

It is a little bit of walk around 1.5 km from the city main train station, but the view from top of bergisel ski jump is worth the walk

There is also an option to take the bus with innsbruck city card but we preferred walking taking a lot of pictures on the way

We noticed one of the oldest Bell making factories on the way

An impressive structure to see in person, to appreciate what it would be like as a ski jumper. The panoramic views of Innsbruck from the base and especially the top platform are worth the trip there. You can even enjoy some food and drinks in the restaurant at the top.

Loved the ski jump. We were here for the 2019 world cup in ski jumps and it was truly a great experience. The scenery is superb and the nearby points are terrific. The place is very well kept and you can enjoy a great walk around with lots of points with beautiful view. One of the best places in Innsbruck.

Great view of Nordkette from the opposite side of the river. Great alternative when the Nordkette funicular is under maintenance. Not too many people in the month of Nov, so expect less crowding and more space for good pictures! The lifts are a bit slow but well worth the wait!

One of the attractions of Innsbruck is also the venue for the two Winter Olympics. You can take the cable car and there is also a restaurant inside it to enjoy delicious desserts and imagine the heroic appearance of the athletes!!!

Didn't see any skiers but it was still great. Fantastic views of the city and surrounding mountains. We had a very clear day and could see for miles. Had a nice drink and some cake in the restaurant while enjoying the views.

What a place to visit! Enjoy the marvellous views from the top viewing terrace, visit the restaurant for a tasty snack and drink, see where the brave and fearless jumped, and take in the information provided in the museum.

Beautiful view from top of the ski stadium. Entry fees around 15 euro per adult. If you have innsburk day pass then no need to pay.
