Die allerbesten regionalen Spezialitäten haben sich in der Schmankerl-Alm versammelt. Hier lernst du den wahren Unterschied zu industriell produzierter "Feinkost" kennen. Insbesondere hervorzuheben sind die geschmacksexplosive Butter, das sagenhaft cremige Joghurt, der unglaubliche Camembert, das cremige Schaf und die alte Goas - beide himmlisch gut. Und erst der "Aschkäse" (Gorgonzola, bleib' wo du herkommst)! Aber auch die Freilandeier, die Bauernsalami, der Schinken usw. usw. Probier's einfach selber und lass dich charmant und witzig beraten und bedienen. Einfach "Richtig gutes Zeug"!

Leider kann man nicht mehr als 5 Sterne geben.
Alle Produkte dort sind Spitze. Vor allem die Butter, Knödel (Spinat,Tiroler,Kas), Salami und die diversen Käsesorten :) Und nicht zu letzte die Familie die es betreibt.
