We went for the first time to Hotel Engel and we were pretty much stunned by the quality of this wellness oasis. My wife had birthday and is pregnant and the staff took super much care of it. We felt welcomed from the beginning and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Staff is exceptional, it feels like a big family. Wellness is amazing, with so many great amenities that you can really relax and unwind. Thanks again for the great time we had. We will definitely come back again!

There are plenty of fancy, luxurious hotels round the world. But there is something very special, what makes Engel in Grän very unique & exceptional.
It is the people! All the staff & the owner-family are extremely attentive. They don´t need to ask questions. They are somehow able to read your mind and do, what you wish for.
The atmosphere in the hotel is like being home, and we have always enjoyed returning back there. Usually, we like to explore new places, new hotels, new restaurants, but the charming atmosphere of Engel is an exception which we simple do not want to let go, and never regret coming back.

My special thanks go to Mr. Dennis for being patient with me and adjusting the stay details whenever needed in the preparation phase, and also to Mr. Johann for being a super-attentive waiter for us, and always creating smile on our faces during the dining time.

By this occasion, I would like to wish Engel & the team all the best in 2023 and stay the way, you are!

the pure organic spa is absolutely amazing, so many cozy cuddle spaces & nice saunas 👌🏼
the food was also very good & perfectly arranged 😋
for breakfast maybe some more vegan options would be the cherry on top 🙏🏼☺

The owner Gerold is such a nice man, he's so hands on everything & always accessible to guests sincerely wanting guests to be satisfied, & will do everything to make sure you are 100% happy & your individual needs are catered to👍👍👍

Great base for a cycling vacation in Austria. Wonderful food, great service and a beautiful location. Crazybike in Innsbruck will deliver a bike to you and there is secure bike storage at the hotel.
