Good rest stop - make sure you buy the “Vignette” to drive into Austria - a 7 euro for 10-day pass to drive into the country. Here they have a playground and restaurant and snack place inside the gas station.

CAUTION
If you have any troubles... You should go Germany through this highway (tunnel)
There is a Police checkpoint under the next junction in Germany.

Recommend detour is...
Go east and Füssen. Then use local way.

Can be a little busy but people can pump then pull up to go in and pay so it goes quickly. If you did not get your Austria toll sticker prior to entering, you can get it here.
