Ehrwalder Alm - the Eatery

Perfect place to stop for lunch while skiing on the Ehrwalder Alm. Great Bavarian food and friendly service plus an atmosphere that is charming and authentic. As good as it gets.

It was a bit of a hike up the mountain bit stopping at this place was worth it. The view was amazing

Really nice Landgasthof on the Ehrwalder Alm. Very chic and classy design. Very clean bathrooms and an excellent stop while hiking or skiing - excellent buffet options.

We had the half chicken and french fries, cucumber salad and also a few soups. The goulasch was hearty and tasty. The desserts looked fantastic too so next time...

Lots of seating and a really cool ice castle for the kids to play on - kids of all ages

A beautiful ski resort and hill in Austria. Just a short drive from Munich. A relatively cheaper option to ski/boarding in the Alps.
There is a main city where many restaurants, hotels, and equipment rental shops are located.
With the beautiful views there are many trails with varying difficulties. Fun for all!
During weekends starting for Thursday it can get busy and many younger and slower skiers/boarders on green trails. Around Mid-Day the lift ticket gets cheaper, which is a great value for skiing 3/4’s of the day!
Overall a great value for skiing in the alps where the views are beyond beautiful!

Great ski areas. A bit crowded on a Sunday, but I really enjoyed myself.

Loved it here. It's not a hardcore skier's resort, but it's worth a visit for the views. The prices are also reasonable and the facilities are very nice. Après ski was insane. All in all a great resort for skiing with beginners and/or the family.

The widest and snowiest blue and red slopes in the whole Zugshlitze-arena and Garmish. If you are not an experienced skier, this is the best choice for you. Though, even if you are an experienced one but bored with steep black tracks and want to relax, try this.

To drive up to the cable-car station, you should come not later than at 8 a.m. on a weekend. Otherwise, you will have to park far and maybe take a ski-bus.

This place was perfect. E-bike chargers, nice servers/staff, and live music! Food was great too.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant, we sat on the terrace and had great food and drinks. The people were friendly and the facilities were excellent.

Great views, friendly service, tasty buttermilk, cleanest bathroom in the Alps. The bread with ham we had was amazing, the schnitzel and kaiserschmarrn okay.

Beautiful scenery, friendly staff, and amazing apple strudle for just 3.50, hard to get any better...
