The restaurant was incredible. We did not speak German proficiently but they treated our traveling party very well. The food was amazing

Good location, nice personnel, nice atmosphere but one thing that stood out. They serve the best schnitzel I think I ever had in my entire life! So tasteful! Shame they wouldn't share their secret.

Went here during our holiday in Ehrwald. Restaurant had high praises on google and we were looking forward to it. First attempt ended at the door as the restaurant was fully booked. Managed to get a reservation 3 days later and it was worth the wait. Welcomed by an entertaining waiter which with his dry humor was very funny. Menu has enough options for everybody and additionally they have special daily options. Quality and price are in good match. Atmosphere inside the restaurant is exactly as you imagine a Tirol restaurant. We will be back !

This is how one of the best Gulyas which I ate looks like! Really awesome taste, meat was perfectly cooked.

Food was fantastic - super tasty! Very nice service and atmosphere in the restaurant. The only con was that for our main meals we had to wait for a 1hour - therefore I recommend to order starter/soup as we did, so waiting was OK. Overall I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Traditional still modern restaurant with a selection of local specialties. Good quality of the food and very friendly service personnel. Worth a visit on Tuesday's and Friday's, when they serve pork knuckles.

Excellent food and service. I enjoyed the salmon trout not knowing whether it was salmon or trout. Turns out it is trout. The others had the fitness salad which they said was excellent.

Very nice restaurant, nice atmosphere. Very professional and polite staff. Awesome food. We had steak and Käsespätzle. The steak was probably one of the best steaks I've ever tried before. This restaurant is an absolute must go. If you want to sit outside make sure to make a reservation early enough.

Great restaurant. Every dish we had was excellent, and that was three different meals. All cocktails and beer also excellent. I would highly recommend of your are in Ehrwald.

Best meal of my stay in Tirol!

The older waiter who showed us a table had an atrocious manner, we nearly decided to just drop the place and go somewhere else.
Luckily, we decided to stay...
I ordered a rare black angus rumpsteak and oh boy, was it good... Perfect texture, butterlike consistency. Everything on my plate was a wonder.
I even tasted my mother's meal which was pork with kräuterbutter and it was one of the most well-made pork meal I've ever tasted.
All in all, the prices are the regular or only 5% more, and it is worth it, I ate much worse meal in this town at the same price.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming nearby, and I hope the chef cooks always this good! :)
Also, the other waiters were okay, only the one dealing with the reservations and such should be dismissed. He was what you would imagine the waiters were in hard socialism in Eastern-Europe...
