Amazing place for a relaxing stay. Compared to the price, this was a five-star experience.

The hotel could use a little update, but has everything that you need. Breakfast was included, there was a balcony, swimming pool and spa, and the hotel looks really cool on the outside. Staff was friendly.

Klaus, the guy at the reception is superb, informative and helpful. From giving tourist related information to getting rapid antigen corona test done - he did everything. Also, he speaks excellent English.

The breakfast,which was part of the package, was lavish. I gorged on it.

Location was quite good.

Mountain view from the room was very scenic.

On the scope of improvement - the wooden floors may need better maintenance. It will be good to have an electric kettle in the room by default (we were provided one when we asked for it). There was no easy way to start the bathroom exhaust fan - at least we could not do.

Gorgeous location, free breakfast, very clean rooms and friendly helpful staff. There is a bus about a block away that brings you right into the center of Innsbruck, easy and convenient. The sauna and pool are exactly what you need after a day spent hiking in the surrounding alps.

Tolles gutbürgerliches Haus. Super freundliches Personal- wir reisen seit Jahren zu Klaus und alle Mitarbeitenden nehmen uns voller Freude auf, umarmen uns. Das Essen ist fein und die Preise sehr moderat. Zimmer gemütlich. Vom Pool bis zum privaten Bad alles sehr sauber!
Ideal für Gruppen! Perfekte Ausgangslage für abwechslungsreiche Ausflüge

Ein schönes uriges Hotel.
Das Zimmer was wir bewohnten war sehr gemütlich und auch sauber. Das Bad war etwas klein aber völlig ausreichend. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Berge. Das Frühstücksbuffet war völlig ausreichend. Das beste und tollste war für uns persönlich das Schwimmbad.
Nicht zu vergessen ist natürlich das sehr sehr freundliche Personal.

Die schönste Panorama Aussicht auf Innsbruck. Toller Service, große Zimmer und in 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Bus in der Innenstadt. Kommen wieder 🥳
