Very kind crew, cozy restaurant, with Christmas in the mountains atmosphere, we loved it (we were there at the end of Nov.). The serving is quick, the food is fantastic. I added some pics. Try the Lady's steak, it's amazing (on the pictures, you see our order from the first visit. We recomend the place.

Had a delicious meal here last week while on vacation. The meat on the skewer was perfectly cooked, and every piece was even more tasty then the last. French fries and assorted vegetables were great as well. Staff was very helpful and we even had a chat about work and vacation. Interior is original Austria style, including the traditional clothing worn by the staff. Overal a great experience. If I'm ever nearby, i will definitely eat here again!

I didn't stay in the hotel but ate at the restaurant few times. The food was delicious, well prepared and nicely presented. The staff were friendly especially Tine who is cheerful and welcoming. We will surely come again if we visit Kaprun

Excellent service. Karel is multilingual. I spoke to him in English, Czech and Polish. They were not single words! Meals very tasty and large. Prices are normal.

The restaurant offers excellent food and excellent service. Some of the best garlic soup I have ever had so far. The Wiener schnitzel and the steak were also excellent. Probably best to make reservations in advance, otherwise it might be impossible to get a table.

Excellent impressions after stay. Nice apartment, cleaned every day. Very kind and friendly staff. Funny shower guard in room 101 and top-notch food in hotel restaurant. We will definately come back to DorfKrug once visiting Zell am See region in future.

We had a dinner on Valentines Day at Dorfkrug. We were 3 adults and 3 kids. All kids were not satisfied with anything on the menu. Our waitress was amazingly kind and patient and made for us changes in the meals to satisfy all kids. Nothing was a problem for her. The food was very good and thanks to our waitress the whole evening was amazing. Thanks a lot.

We stayed here while Skiing in the very popular Zell am See resort just a few stops up the road. This very traditional but beautifully presented restaurant with rooms was a real find in this quiet and Austrian town. The restaurant was full every night, and for good reason; the food was delicious, the service was fantastic (thank you Tine, the schnapps were Devine) and the hosts were so lovely. Thank you to all for making our holiday truly special!

Very tasty food (we tried the garlic soup, alpinist steak, haus steak, and other specialities - everything was really good. Nice atmoshphere, nice waiters). My suggestion is to call in advance for a reservation. Menu in various languages -including Romanian

The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Very good service from the personnel. If you are in Kaprun and hungry : this is the place you have to go.

A lovely traditional Austrian restaurant, that is well worth a visit when in Kaprun or Zell am See. Food and atmosphere is second to none.. And they have Movenpick ice cream..🥰😘👌
