Sigmund Thun Klamm Wasserfall

Great place which has go be seen once in Kaprun. Don't use public transportation from Kaprun city center and just walk here, apx. 25 mins by foot from center. Bus stop is exactly at starting point to Watter falls, anyways buses are full where foolish tourists standing right in the entrance doors while middle part of buses are free:), not accurate regarding time schedule at all. Rather walk there - won't be pissed then;)
Entrance fee is 12E/person, with Zell am See summer card for free, so enjoy;)

There is a walking path which directly goes to the lake and you don’t need to buy a ticket.

a beautiful place, which is at the end of the race... it is possible to spend some time here, go around the entire lake, rest or have something good to strengthen yourself on the shore or at the buffet... I definitely recommend going around when you are already at the race

Very nice gorge.. A lot of water and stairs on the wooden path. Be careful! We made it in 20 mins. It is one way direction.

Nice and easy walk. Parking is free and very close to the entrance. Crystal clear water. Loved the water fall, and loved the lake even more

Sigmund Thun Klamm waterfall is a very interesting place to visit specially with kids. There a wooden passage along the rocks, following the river, where you can go through the waterfall at some points. It’s a beautiful atmosphere. The sound of the water can be a bit overwhelming.

I found this place un expectedly while driving near the place, amazing lake with a water fall you can have a walk around the lake but the place is missing coffee shops and place the sit and drink something

We got there after a long drive, we decided to pass there and enter the attraction on the way. We were pleasantly surprised, the site was very impressive. It was very beautiful. The price was also very reasonable. I recommend people to come and be impressed.

Parking is Free and entry is 6.5€.
Around 20+20min of total walk length.

Many photos points , doesn't take long to complete gorge, easy way and best experience.

Never forget to have a View at the Dam at the end of the Gorge way.
