Very nice place to visit. Gorge is really amazing with some breathtaking scenery.
Path through it is short, but really worth it.

We drove here for about 3 hours on an early Sunday morning in October. The weather was surprisingly good.
It was a bit crowded but we got the tickets in 5 minutes at the entrance. It is a 5 min walk from the parking place. I recommend going early especially during weekends and public holidays.
The Gorge is breathtaking with its waterfalls, wooden staircase and mighty rocks. Sound of the water falling is amazing all along.
Carrying a light jacket is recommended since it's cold as you progress in the gorge due to water. It's a comparatively easy walk up the stairs and you can see Klammsee on the top. The return way is a straight road down the entrance for about 10 minutes.
It's well maintained and a beautiful gorge in Zell am See; also suitable for kids and the disabled (without wheelchair).

This is such a beautiful and mesmerizing place. From the entrance, through the restaurant in the middle of the route we chose, until the end, we all walked with our mouths open and our fingers constantly clicking the camera. We arrived in June and around 4:30 PM it rained which lasted for a long time and we left when the rain eased for a moment, I recommend arriving early because time passes there very quickly.

Breathtaking and powerful watterfall. At the end there is an option to walk along Klammsee lake. Will say it's an easy hiking path but not suitable for baby strollers

Nice place to visit, especially if you have the "Sommercard" which gives some discount on the entry fee. It's not too long but it doesn't get boring for kids. The nice lake and the opportunity to get something to eat and drink is a welcome finale of the tour.

A small gorge but stunning, entry is affordable and the walkways are well maintained. We came on a surprisingly empty day and were treat to some stunning scenery and some really interesting birds nesting along the walk.

I would highly recommend a trip to this gorge if you are in the area, dogs are very much welcome and the staff are super friendly.

It was absolutely lovely walking around here with these gorgeous views, the price is decent and the views are definitely worth it in my opinion, it's not too long but enough to take all the pretty photos you want

Highly recommend this gorge. Really nice and relaxing walk, not many steps - maybe 300 but it is a guess and with really slow walk 2 hours tops. Entrance was included in my summer card and so was a bus as this path doesn't circle back to the start. Fyi - parking is for free but it is just more convenient by a bus 660 as it runs every 30 min on weekend and every 15 minutes on workday.

Amazing river gorge. Worth the visit. It is not hard to finish. The trail is smaller than others in the region. So it is perfect when you don't want to put in too much effort. Also if you have a summer card from the accommodation / pension the admission is free!

Such a beautiful piece of nature 😍
Easy walk...

Approximately 20 min without the lake
Another 20-30 min with a lake tour.

An easy, very beautiful and experiential route for the whole family. When we visited, there were quite a few people, but we didn't feel like the traffic was stuck. Everything flowed and was really nice. If I'm not mistaken, the whole route took about 20 minutes. It is not a circular route and the return is via an off-piste path.

I recently visited Sigmund-Thun-Klamm and it was an amazing experience. The walkway was really nice and the waterfall is breathtaking. The best part is that it's only a short distance from the city, so you get to enjoy nature without having to travel far. It's something I would definitely recommend everyone to experience at least once!

Amazing experience, not to be missed, stunning waterfalls and area. Shame the local castle doesn't open until 5pm, that's too late for those who have to use local buses.

It is a really good place to go on a small hike. I really recommend to do it with children. Waterfalls are amazing you can easily access to them thanks for the amazing wood structure. It is not a narrow path so you don't feel overwhelmed and then when you arrive to the lake views are unbelievable. Totally recommend to go. On top, in the lake there is a bar where you can buy ice cream or fries. ( I also think you can go by car because there was a parking lot but I am not sure)

Just wow!!! It was a great experience walking along the gorge. The views were spectacular and the small Rocky beech inside was good to make a picnic. The dam looked really pretty too. Would love to go there again and recommend to everyone.

Very nice place to visit. It's shame we didn't have more time to walk all around the lake and we had tu cut our treck half short
