Burton Innsbruck Flagship Store

We popped into the Innsbruck HQ on our way through town to the Burton Mystery Series event in Switzerland my daughter was taking part in and were glad we did as we managed to get a hands on with loads of kit.

The biggest pain is that coming from the UK there is some crazy marketing agreement (I'm guessing) which means that no shop in London is allowed to stock both Anon helmets as well as Anon goggles (and the range of Burton clothes is minimal).

The shop that stocks helmets only has 4 different models across the entire range of male/female (no kids at all) and the other shop in Covent Garden only had two goggle models available and none of the M5. Also the staff have little knowledge in the goggle stockist (I knew more than they did).

Burton are litterally turning away customers with this business model in the UK.

It means if you want to try anything your only option is to use mail order. In esence buy it from an online retailer, then send back what you don't want after trying it on costing £££'s. Crazy right!

This was the first time were able to try stuff on without all of that hassle and expense.

Before we went I got in touch with the shop to check stock and get stuff set aside and Mel was amazing. She answered my questions before hand and then when we got to the shop was so attentive and helpful it made it a great experience.

Our whole family are loyal to the Burton brand using many of their products from the Grom Step On all the way up through the range. Haivng all the kit available to view allowed us to make an informed choice.

At the end of the shop, the team were kind enough to give some stickers to my young children who were over the moon and made some drawings to say thanks which we dropped into the staff the next day on our way back through town.

All in all a great experience and I'd thoroughly recommend a visit.

Can’t say enough good things about this place.

Came in on the off chance that they could set both my and my husbands snowboards up with bindings.

Not only did they do it so quickly, they did it with a smile on their faces. The guys were so friendly and even called us a taxi to our hotel in Kuhtai.

Just got new highbacks for free, as my old malavita wings didnt fit with my new boots ion boa. In 5 min burton crew solved my problem and I even didnt have to touch a screw driver. Thanks Burton!!
