Driving through Lienz we stopped at Goldener Fisch. No reservation but a wonderful waitress found a way to give us a table. Thank you ❤ Food and service excellent and at very reasonable price. If you find yourself in Lienz this is a must!

A wonderful hotel. Super freindly, efficient, multilingual staff. Enormous, spotless rooms, recently renovated. Hot shower, reliable wifi and bicycle storage. Great chef, tasty vegetarian dinners and meaningful breakfasts. Close to everything. Reasonably priced too. I really enjoyed staying in Lienz because of the Golden Fish.

The best classic Austrian restaurant within a star hotel with unbelievable service, quantity and quality of food. I would rate this as our best experience as some being vegetarian in our group. A visit without this place would be a sad miss when in Lienz. Danke !!!

Good. Tasty food. Quick service. Had the Haus Pfanne, pork medallions rolled in speck (dry smoked bacon), mixed mushroom sauce an Spätzle.
