Plaza Serrano

You can find all kinds of different activities around, restaurants, open market, clubs, wine tasting (JA Serrano) etc ...
And it's a walkable area.
You can literally take a bus or a taxi, get off plaza serano with no plan, I guarantee you will enjoy yourself.

Very picturesque square/area. Quite different to the others in Buenos Aires due to all the cool street art. Very good area for social media! Lots of nice bars, restaurants and cloth shops

Classic place for day and nightlife of Buenos Aires. It was a little bit slower than other days but it's still one of the best spots to meet and greet people.

Once upon a time this was the grower's market, in the 50's the housing shortage lead to the development of more modest worker's homes. Today it is a hub of cafes boutique stores and Conan Doyle.
...well he just happened to be standing in the bike lane today, I don't think he will be a permanent fixture here.

Great area to walk by. However both times I went the market doesn't seem to be fully operating, come later in the afternoon!
You will see some handicrafts, textile, Leather goods and pottery

This area is absolutely amazing. This is not only a fun area, but also a great place to eat and hangout with friends and or family. The market here is great and very much affordable. Everyone is friendly and is very patient, if you don't know Spanish very well. I wish North America was this good.

Located in one of the most vibrant, live, and colorful neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, this area is always a great spot for shopping or dining out, you can also find a cute local market stands with arts and crafts.

Loads of drinking and eating possibilities. Also, quite a lot of cute shops around. Loved the vibe!

Good restaurants and bars. The market was also enjoyable. Some unique street musicians too. Friendly people too, had a fun time in Argentina.

Absolutely loved it. So many food options! I had been looking for places with non-alcoholic drinks for a while now, and Plaza Serrano was THE best location! The fair that also happens there was great! I bought an adorable ring at Brujas Disco Bar, and just fell in love with the atmosphere! Definitely recommend it!

Very lively towards Friday and Saturdays... Not to say that it isn't lively other days!
