Plaza Del Congreso in Buenos Aires is awesome! Great spot to chill and enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommend for a relaxing time though be aware of homeless people.

The buildings of the Argentinean Congress as well of the surrounding areas are fabulous. Check the still closed Confitería El Molino.

It's a perfect home base. A relaxing place to take a walk or walk your dog. Being here gives you the fullness of a cosmopolitan experience without the typical European fuss. Just a lovely place you could spend hours with your pets or family and no one bothers you. A Mecca in the urban labyrinthe.

Beautiful place, although the place has lots of tourists and lots of people who might rob them.

Fantastic place. Great architecture! Real Buenos Aires! The bus 64 to Boca has its stops on both side of the square.

It is a large park of great big buildings... The tree at the east end is also amazing!

A very beautiful plaza where you can get a feel of current issues on locals minds. Don't be surprised to see a demonstration. The eye-catcher here is the congressional palace and the fountain statue in front of it.

Great place to have a guide. I went on the Free Walking Tour that starts here weekdays at 3pm. English and Spanish tours. Highly recommended so you get a full understanding of the city's history.
