Food was delicious (we got the risottos) and was presented wonderfully. There were a lot of complimentary appetizers which, as surprises, really enriched the experience. The restaurant decor was pleasant to the eye as well—reminded me of a French bistro.

Great french style food and fresh seafood which was really delicious. Delightful and I loved the octopus and the fish, which were extremely fresh, as well as the plating. Lovely fusion and balance of flavours. Service was excellent.

The restaurant was also generous and served a few amuse bouches complimentary. The bread basket had a good assortment of breads and was acxompanied by high quality butter. Gnocchi was a bit too soft for my liking though as I prefer it to be a bit more springy and chewy.

Make a reservation to ensure you get a seat, and if request to sit inside as much as you can. I wouldn't recommend sitting outside as the lighting isn't that great (if you are having dinner), and on a cold day (though they have heaters) as it does get a bit windy. Not within the restaurant's control but if you're outdoors and the garbage truck comes by (am not sure about the schedule but one came in the evening) it does dampen the overall experience a little.

One of the best in the city.
I went back today. 2 weeks later, with a larger group. They made a mistake with our reservation. However, anyone can make mistakes, what's important is how it's solved. It was solved with professionalism and grace. The food was excellent again.

Exceptional. Everything innovative, layered flavors. Outside seating comfortable. Artistry of desserts over the top!!! Save room. Outstanding value compared to US, Canada, and Europe.

Truly remarkable dining experience. I was not the instigator of the restaurant choice, but found it to be a unique and wildly interesting combination of presentation & taste. Martin was our host and I tell you! As a schooled food service worker myself he was fantastic and attentive to a fault. Really one of the best culinary voyages I’ve ever had. Bravo!

Wonderful fine dining experience all-around. The atmosphere was elegant, intimate, and inviting from the start with champagne offered as our table was being prepared. Martin, our server, was friendly, attentive, helpful, and the service was excellent in general.

The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented (the scallop ceviche was a highlight for our meal), and the wine selection was extensive.

Overall a great experience, don't miss it if you're visiting BA.

The service was remarkably friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. The food was exceptional—boasting great taste, quality, and impeccable presentation. When sharing portions, the kitchen split them onto two plates, beautifully plated for our enjoyment. The portions were generously sized and of outstanding quality. Additionally, a delightful touch was the complimentary welcome drink. From a European standpoint, the price-to-value ratio exceeded expectations. We were so impressed that we ate here twice in a row. I highly recommend Roux to anyone seeking an unforgettable restaurant experience.

Complements to the chef. We had the Llama Carpaccio, baby lamb and beef steak for main courses. Not only was everything cooked to perfection but also the presentation of the dishes and the garnishes complemented the meats to perfection . The passion fruit dessert was a refreshing finish.
Service was excellent and the wine menu had a wide variety of fine gems from Argentina.

Delicious food and great attention. Definitely a must go to if you're in the area!

I searched this restaurant from USA before I traveled to Buenos Aires , we got really interested to do the “5 pasos with wine “ We made the mistaken not to make reservation weeks before so we went over there. We wait there until the door opened and a guy came out offering to everybody a glass of champagne. We told him that we don’t have reservations and he says just have a glass and hostess will be coming soon! Wow. That is 5 star service !! Hostess got for us the only table for 2 that they have in the wine cave as u can see in the picture and Is another table for 10 which we did not mind. I think this is the best place for a couple

A very enjoyable experience and the food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The staff was very attentive and helpful pairing wines with the separate dishes. Had an opportunity to meet the chef at the end of the evening who was kind and passionate about his work. Highly recommend!

This is, by far, one of the best author restaurants in Buenos Aires. The host, the waiters, and everyone will make sure you have an amazing time. Make sure to make a reservation at least 2 weeks before. Our waiter's name was William and his service was outstanding.

We had one of the best meals of our honeymoon in Argentina at Roux. The dinner was the perfect mix of warm ambiance, thoughtful service, and spectacular food. Our server was incredibly attentive, unpretentious, and made our meal feel like the most celebratory occasion. We tried a couple of the appetizers, a pasta, the fish of the day, and were surprised by a dessert at the end. One of our favourites was the scallop ceviche, which had such a balanced acidity and richness, with fantastic texture. We also loved the delicacy of the sea bass and the comforting flavours of the ravioli. There were so many intentional elements of the meal that made it special - the small tasters to start, candied orange peels with our coffee and tea, and waiters who were patient with our nonexistent Spanish. Highly recommended!
