Очень плохой магазин.
Я получила дорогую куртку в подарок.Она была маловата на мне.Отвезла поменять с чеками.они не поменяли(прямо на следующий день,ту же куртку на размер выше).
Потребовали банковскую карту чужого человека,который подарил мне куртку и полетел в Америку. Я не как не мог принести его банковскую карту...
Они не поменяли😪😪😪

Our recent visit to the showroom at Rossia Mall left us feeling unwelcome and disheartened. As Indians, we were met with indifference from the staff, who seemed disinterested and even rude. This feeling intensified when we were told to sort and hang our own clothes in the fitting rooms, a task that made us feel undervalued and uncomfortable.

Until the staff adopts a more respectful and inclusive approach towards all customers, regardless of nationality, we cannot in good conscience recommend this store. Everyone deserves to feel valued and welcomed when shopping, and unfortunately, our experience fell short of this expectation.

Me ha decepcionado por completo, hemos comprado una chaqueta para un sobrino, cuando lleguemos a casa resulta que se quedará un poco pequeña.
Dentro de un día fuimos a la tienda para hacer el cambio ,con su tiket y la etiqueta, y resulta que no querían hacer nada porque la etiqueta no estaba colgada, simplemente estaba junto con el tiket. Jamás he visto el personal tan desagradable ,zero profesionalismo,nada de amabilidad y empatía.
