Yerevan Place

We loved the hotel! Exactly on Republic Square and the best breakfast in town. The staff super friendly.The hotel arranged our pick up and despite we arrived around 5am in the morning they accommodated a room for us. Higly recommended.

Correct errors : It was an amazing experience to visit Armenia and to stay in the lovely Yerevan Place Hotel.
Even It was a business trip, it was a great pleasure to meet very nice staff like Avet, Narek Andrey, Anahit and Petro: very welcoming and helpful team.
Very special thankful for Maroui Rami, it was pleasure to meet you and I'll be back as soon as possible to Armenia to meet you again.
I recommend this hotel to everyone who want live amazing experience and discover Armenia especially if you are arabic / french / english speaking Rami is your guide.

The hotel was very clean. The staff and service were remarkable. They were very helpful and there to provide anything we could need or want. Overall, the hotel was great. My only issue with the hotel was the shower door. It was absolutely ridiculous because it was half open and half fixed glass. You couldn’t turn the water on before getting in without getting wet and you were cold during your shower because it was open. I hadn’t seen anything like that before. It was inconvenient and detracted from every other amazing aspect of the hotel.

I am very surprised at the very Friendly, loving, helpful staff, which most of them also speak good English. Front desk are attended 24/7. Breakfast from 07:00 until 11am. Very high standard hotel. Laundry service provided. Rooms cleaned daily. I highly recommend it. Block out and sun screen in all rooms. Gym available, so also conference rooms. I stayed for 2 months and was treated like family.

We were at Hyatt on June 2022, and we stayed in two different rooms during 9 days. I'm a filmmaker and I have a strict mood, but, everything about this hotel is awesome! Modern facility, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and caring staff, good breakfast, and in one of the best locations in town! Only in some rooms, Wi-fi connection needs an improvement.
Highly recommended.

We have enjoyed our stay here, the staff very pleasant and helpful.

Great hotel with fantastic staff and an even better breakfast buffet. Seriously, come hungry. The rooms are spacious, generally pretty quiet with well functioning a/c and heat (needed in summer and winter respectively). I've stayed here multiple times for business - mostly because the hotel checks all the necessary boxes plus has a decent fitness center and off-the-hook breakfast buffet. Staff is super nice and helpful - never experienced better. The location is fine. Taxi drivers have a difficult time finding it for some reason but provided the weather is nice, you can walk to most places you'd want to go - restaurants, bars, spas etc are all 5-20 mins on foot.

Fantastic hotel, spacious clean rooms with everything you need. Great bar/food staff, very friendly. Staff speak multiple languages fluently. Located in the center of the city, on the main square and very close to restaurants, bars, museums and shops. very minor, but common hotel issues with key cards not working and occasionally slow wifi.

First of all I want to say that the ladies at the reception desk are the best, professional and very friendly ( Specially Hasmik) then the service was great , we were stay at Hyatt Place for two-week and we had a good experience and also very happy, I want to say that thank you so much Luisa & Sona ( waitress ) very kind and friendly also professional, good job guys ,also perfect and very delicious breakfast with variety of choices, be sure to try the Armenian omelet that is a Chef Arthur's special , that's my suggestion.
The location was very central very close to the main attractions and restaurants, shopping, sites,
Museums, and more! My only complain is that the Wifi in room is weak and not useful.

Extremely satisfied with the hotel, even I had problems with checkin as the hotel was full n no rooms available.. I was accommodated very well... And taken care off... Staff were super friendly and gave us good advice. Close to the centre.. Everything is at walking distance. I would recommend this hotel. Breakfast was also great. With lots of fresh fruits and meat n cheese and hot food.

We booked our stay at Hyatt Place for our two-week stay in Yerevan, and couldn’t be happier! Central location to nearby restaurants, shopping, sites, museums, and more! If we didn’t walk to our desired location, we would simply call a cab through either the front desk or Yandex.Taxi.

The staff became like family to us all! Attentive, intuitive, helpful, and so much more! The breakfast/brunch offerings catered to everyone’s needs or wants.

It was an excellent choice for our stay in Yerevan. The location in the Republic Square was fabulous, the service and daily breakfast was amazing and the guest room was appropriately updated. I will definitely stay here again.

Centrally located with nice staff, breakfast and 24*7 coffee/bar. Clean and well maintained property with every major attraction and shopping at walking distance.
